Objectives:To investigate the status quo of discharge readiness of patients with depression disorder, and to explore the related factors of discharge readiness of patients with depression disorder from three aspects of transition natures, transition conditions and nursing interventions according to the transition theory,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving discharge plandand eveloping intervention measures of discharge readiness in the future. Methods:In this cross-sectional study, convenience sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 349 patients with depression who met the inclusion criteria. The survey tools included General Information Questionnaire,Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale,Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale,Link Stigma Scale,Connor Davidson Resilience Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,Family APGAR Index,Beck Depression Rating Scale,Insigt and Treatment Attitudes Questionnaire.SPSS 22.0 was used for data sorting and analysis. The mean±standard deviation, frequency and percentage were used for statistical description.Statistical analysis was performed by T test,ANOVA,Pearson correlation and hierarchical regression.Results:1.The total score of discharge readiness of patients with depressive disorder was(95.84±20.78),and the scores of each dimension from high to low were:adaptive ability subdimension, anticipatory support subdimension, and personal state subdimension. The proportion of discharge readiness from high to low was 54.2%,33.8%,12.0%.2.The results of T test and ANOVA showed that there were statistically significant differences in discharge readiness in terms of residence, marital status, education level, work status, available medical resources nearby, willingness to seek treatment in health institutions near residence, length of hospitalization, combined physical diseases,disease-related knowledge(all P<0.05).3.Correlation analysis showed that depression level was negatively correlated with discharge readiness(r=-0.336,P<0.01).Stigma score, psychological resilience, family function, social support, insight, discharge teaching quality and discharge readiness were positively correlated(r=0.311-0.560,all P<0.01).4.Stratified regression analysis results show that:with discharge readiness as the dependent variable,The transitional nature(length of hospitalization, combined physical diseases, degree of disease related knowledge,self-knowledge,depression level),the transition conditions(place of residence, marital status, educational level, work status, near the available medical resources, willingness to seek treatment in health institutions near residence, stigma score, resilience, family functioning, social support),nursing intervention was statistically significant(discharge teaching)Are incorporated into the regression equation.Age negatively predicted discharge readiness(β=-0.200,P=0.007).Stigma score, psychological resilience, family function and discharge guidance quality positively predicted discharge readiness(β=0.092-0.250,all P<0.05).Transitional properties, transitional conditions and nursing intervention could jointly explain 27.1%of variance variation,15.5%of variance variation and 3.1%of variance variation.Conclusions:1.The overall discharge readiness of patients with depressive disorder is at the medium level, and nearly half of patients are not prepared enough for discharge. The level of discharge readiness of patients with depressive disorder needs to be improved.2.Transitional natures(the worse insight);Transitional conditions(the older age,the higher degree of stigma, the worse resilience, the worse family dysfunction);Nursing intervention(the worse quality of discharge teaching),so as to the lower level of discharge readiness.Attentions should be paid to these patients during discharge.
