| Objective:Through questionnaire survey and field investigation,this paper understands the current situation of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke in Chifeng Mongolian flag and county,analyzes the main influencing factors of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke in Chifeng Mongolian flag and county,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide reference for Chifeng Mongolian flag and county group to improve the secondary prevention effect of ischemic stroke.Method:Based on the guidelines for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke,a questionnaire was developed through consultation with cerebrovascular disease experts.Through the form of electronic questionnaire,the ischemic stroke patients who meet the inclusion criteria in the Mongolian flag County of Chifeng City were investigated.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software,and the measurement data were expressed by(x ± s).The paired t-test was used for the comparison between the two groups,and the analysis of variance was used for the comparison between more than two groups.Analyze the knowledge of disease prevention and control.The number of cases(percentage)was used to represent the counting data,and the chi square test was used to compare the differences between the groups to analyze the general conditions,basic diseases and daily living habits of the patients.The significant variables of univariate screening were included in binary logistic regression to analyze the influencing factors of ischemic stroke.To further evaluate the independent influencing factors of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.All statistical analysis will be conducted under the condition of 5% significance with bilateral test or bilateral confidence interval(P < 0.05).Result:(1)General information: the patients aged 40-59 years were the most,accounting for 42%.The male to female ratio of 550 patients were 377 male patients and173 female patients respectively;The recurrence rate was 32.7%;The data of age,educational background and economic status were statistically significant(P < 0.05),which could be used as the influencing factors of secondary prevention.(2)Univariate binary logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension,diabetes,smoking,drinking and eating habits were risk factors for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke in basic diseases and daily living habits,and the statistical data p value was less than 0.05.The difference was statistically significant,suggesting that they were independent risk factors for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.(3)In terms of taking drugs,aspirin and statins were taken orally,and the data difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which can be used as the influencing factor of secondary prevention.Therefore,regular taking drugs can play a good role in secondary prevention.(4)The results showed that:the total score of knowledge was 34,of which the lowest score was 0,a total of 5 cases;The highest score was 29,13 cases in total;The general knowledge of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke is unbalanced and incomplete.The knowledge score of patients with good secondary prevention was 20.03 ± 4.74,and that of patients with poor secondary prevention was 12.21 ± 5.30,p=0.000 < 0.05,indicating that there was a significant difference in the knowledge score between the two groups.Conclusion:The current situation of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke in Mongolian banner county of Chifeng City is not optimistic.The main factors affecting secondary prevention are insufficient understanding of basic diseases and management of daily living habits.In view of the insufficient cognition of secondary prevention of ischemic stroke,(1)strengthen health education,improve the cognition of secondary prevention of basic diseases and ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,and improve compliance.(2)According to the characteristics of the Mongolian ethnic group in Chifeng,we should give full play to the advantages of the combination of Mongolian and Western medicine in the secondary prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke patients. |
