| Objective: To investigate the situation of the compliance of taking medicine and to analyse the factors influencing the compliance, provid the evidence for the secondary prevention of stroke. Methods: Data were prospectively collected on encountered ischemic stroke patients, and register the information of taking drugs in secondary prevention, withdrawal reasons in one year,Finally confirmed 242 cases of patients, using SPSS17.0 statistical package for statistical analysis. Results: 1.The rate of taking antithrombotic drugs one year after discharged were 55.8%(135/242).The nationality(OR:4.007,95%CI:1.768-9.080,P=0.001),education level(OR:2.953,95%CI:1.493-5.840,P=0.002),pattern of payment(OR : 0.189,95%CI :0.060-0.594,P=0.004),slipidemia(OR:0.424,95%CI : 0.217-0.831,P=0.012)were associated with compliance of medicine one year after discharged.2.The rate of taking stains one year after discharged were 59.9%(145/242).The education level(OR:3.613,95%CI : 1.844-7.082,P=0.000),pattern of payment(OR : 0.254,95%CI :0.091-0.711,P=0.009),slipidemia(OR:0.340,95%CI:0.179-0.648,P=0.001)were associated with compliance of medicine one year after discharged.3.The rate of taking hypotensor one year after discharged were 71.9%(138/192)4.The rate of taking hypoglycemic agent one year after discharged were 64.8%(59/91).5.The main reasons of poor compliance of antithrombotic drugs and stains were symptoms improved and ignoring the treatment. The main reaons of poor compliance of hypotensor and hypoglycemic agent were indicators improved and ignoring the treatment. Conclusion: 1.The rate of taking antithrombotic drugs drugs, stains drugs, hypotensor and hypoglycemic agent at one year after discharged all is decline, especially the antithrombotic drugs.2.The nationality, education level, pattern of payment, slipidemia are the factors influencing antithrombotic drugs compliance. The education level, pattern of payment, slipidemia are the factors influencing stains compliance3.Tht ischemic stroke patients secondary prevention is not optimistic,Clinicians should focus on the patients secondary compliance,This will be a emphasis in future clinical work. |
