Retros Pective Analysis Of Clinical Efficacy Of Wuchongtongluo Capsule On Secondary Prevention Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the nosocomial preparation "Wuchongtongluo Capsule" prepared by the tutor in the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke,and to evaluate the effect and safety of Wuchongtongluo Capsule on the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke.Methods: A retrospective case-control study was used to collect 100 Patients who met the diagnostic inclusion criteria in the encephalo Pathy department from June 2020 to June 2021.According to whether they started taking Wuchongtongluo capsules for secondary prevention at the time of discharge,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Among them,the control group used conventional secondary preventive drugs of western medicine;the observation group used Wuchongtongluo Capsules combined with conventional secondary preventive drugs of western medicine,and the follow-up time was 6 months.During the period,the neurological deficit score(NIHSS),Post-stroke disability score(m Rs),and TCM syndrome scores were recorded in the two groups of patients,and the stroke recurrence rate and fatality rate were recorded.Results: The improvement degree of NIHSS score,modified Rankin score and TCM syndrome score in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate of stroke in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.During the period of taking the medicine,there was no obvious abnormality in the liver and kidney functions and blood coagulation indexes of the two groups of patients.It shows that Wuchongtongluo capsule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of ischemic stroke patients,improve clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of stroke recurrence,and has high safety.Conclusion: Wuchongtongluo capsule is effective and safe for secondary prevention of ischemic stroke,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
