Objective : In this study, patients diagnosed with myocardial bridge after coronary angiography were studied to explore the clinical characteristics and influencing factors of myocardial bridge patients with anxiety and depression,in order to identify these patients early and provide data support for their psychological intervention. Methods:A total of 120 inpatients who were diagnosed as myocardial bridge by coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology,Inner Mongolia General Forestry Hospital from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into groups using HAMA HAMD table. The influencing factors were analyzed by general situation questionnaire, and the clinical characteristics were discussed by SCL-90 table.Results:(1)Of the 120 patients,12 patients(10%)were simply depressed,36 patients(30%)were accompanied by anxiety, and 12 patients(10%)were accompanied by anxiety and depression.A total of 60 patients(50%)were anxious and/or depressed.(2)Univariate analysis of the two groups showed that drinking history, history of staying up late, history of insomnia, income level and severity of myocardial bridge were correlated with anxiety and depression,P < 0.05.Logistic regression analysis was conducted with statistically significant factors in univariate analysis as independent variables, and the OR value of late night was 9.82,indicating that patients with late night myocardial bridge accompanied by anxiety and depression were 9.82 times more than those without late night.Others were statistically significant but had low OR values. There was no significant difference in drinking and insomnia.(3)For the comparison of the positive rate of scl-90 items in each dimension between the two groups, most items such as chest pain, difficulty in falling asleep, unstable and deep sleep, and waking up too early had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Anxiety and depression are common in patients with myocardial bridge. It is important to understand the psychological distress of patients and carry out psychological management for patients with myocardial bridge.(2)Drinking history, history of staying up late, history of insomnia, income level, degree of myocardial bridge compression were significantly correlated with anxiety or depression. The history of staying up late is especially close.(3)Patients with myocardial bridge with anxiety and depression had higher somatization symptoms(chest pain was the most obvious)and other dimensions such as obsessiveness and psychosis and other symptom dimensions were also significantly higher than those without anxiety and depression...
