Study On Emergency Management Of Public Health Emergencies In T City

The sudden outbreak of COVID-19,with its high infectivity and repeatability,has promoted the level of emergency management of public health emergencies.In this paper,the 4R theory and 6C theory of crisis management are used comprehensively to analyze the problems existing in the emergency management of public health emergencies in T city by taking the prevention and control of COVID-19 in T City as a case study.Such as high cost of preventive monitoring time,front-line staff pressure;The cooperation degree of various departments is not high,and the epidemic information is not released in time;Some areas of T city were adjusted to medium-risk areas.The reason lies in the shortage of emergency management personnel in T city and the untimely update of preventive monitoring technology.The organization and coordination mechanism is not perfect,the information communication mechanism is not smooth;The general public’s sense of responsibility is not strong enough.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward that to improve the emergency management level of public health emergencies in T city,we should improve the construction of talent team and the intelligent prevention and monitoring mechanism.Quantifying territorial management,strengthening urban community grid governance,and realizing epidemic information transparency;We will raise the general public’s awareness of responsibility.This will provide an effective path for T city to improve the level of public health emergency management.
