Sa disease is a common clinical disease,which is also known as Garige disease,Suduli disease,Nuno disease and Zuri Hulle disease in Mongolian medicine,and belongs to the category of White vein disease in Mongolian medicine.The manifestation of Sa disease in Mongolian medicine is similar to "stroke" in Traditional Chinese medicine,and includes cerebrovascular diseases in modern medicine.With the continuous development of Mongolian medicine,there is a great difference between some traditional thinking concepts and clinical diagnosis and treatment techniques and modern medicine,and it is even difficult to understand,so it is urgent to further discuss and study the eyebrow tip.Therefore,the theory and method of medical anthropology are used to explain the whole process of Sa diagnosis and treatment.It is an important way to improve the confidence of Mongolian medicine culture to explore and sort out the extensive and profound clinical practice of Mongolian medicine.Research Objectives:The purpose of this study is to use the methods and theories of medical anthropology to study the correlation between the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of Sa disease and the unique cultural and social environment of The Mongolian people.Research methods:This study uses the theories and methods of medical anthropology such as literature survey,interdisciplinary examination method,interview method,etc.,to explain the etiology,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of SA disease in Mongolian medicine.Results:Mongolian medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of Sa disease,forming a diagnosis and treatment with local cultural characteristics.According to the unique cultural and social environment of The Mongolian ethnic group,the diagnosis and treatment of Sa disease can be divided into personalistic,natulalistie,Integrated Medicine of Monsiology system and other three major systems.The three systems have different understandings of the etiology and treatment of Sa disease.It has to do with The Times they lived through.Research Conclusions:1.The diagnosis and treatment of Sa is based on culture and belief,with regional cultural characteristics.Mongolian medical belief and disease view provide cultural basis for the diagnosis and treatment of Sa.2.Studies on the three systems show that there are differences in the etiology and treatment of Sa in different times,which is closely related to the cultural context of experience.3.Diversity in medicine has led to a growing trend toward biomedical treatment.With the development of science,the diagnosis and treatment of Sa disease in Mongolian medicine is undergoing cultural changes.Only through comprehensive medicine and Internet communication and communication can we have a better living space. |
