Objective: to observe the hong ge ri-12 superfine powder on rat fever model,inflammation and pain in mice model of antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,analgesic action and effect on mice of bronchial mucosal epithelium cilia structure.Methods:(1)will be grouped by weight in mice,5 g/kg(10 times)to fill the stomach,observed after 2 weeks,the mice weight and death;(2)according to the weight of rats were randomly grouped,lavage in advance to medicine,10% made mould yeast suspension 10 ml/kg.And acquisition 24 h time point temperature,calculate the temperature response index;(3)before the start of the experiment the mice,according to the weight of random grouping,after 1 week,determination of pain threshold;(4)according to body weight in mice were randomly grouped,for 1 week after intraperitoneal injection of 0.8% 0.2 m L/acetic acid solution to pain,only the body torsion observed within 20 min,calculating rate of analgesia.(5)according to body weight in mice were randomly grouped,for 1 week after the mice auricle with 100 ul inflammatory xylene,measure the swelling inhibition rate.(6)rats randomly assigned by weight,lavage after 1 week 1% 0.1 ml/carageen glue solution only build mode,measuring volume,foot swelling rate calculation.With ELISA method to detect the serum IL-6,IL-10,of TNF-a and PGE2 levels and testing organization pathological morphology.(7)according to body weight in mice were randomly grouped,smoked method is used to build mold for 2 weeks.And pathological section,after the success of the building for three weeks,trachea and lung tissue,line HE dyeing observation of bronchial mucosal epithelium cilia structure.Results:(1)the acute toxic experiment,10 times the amount after the treatment,there were no changes in weight,and no death.Although this preparation contains kusnezoff monkshood leaf,but lies in the range of drug safety.(2)dry yeast in rats to experiment,to medicine group compared with model group,followed by 8 ~ 10 h model group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(3)the hot light spin experiment in mice,hong ge ri-12 superfine powder group compared with model group,a spin time extended,showing certain analgesic activity.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(4)in mice body torsion experiment,hong ge ri-12 superfine powder group compared with model group,the number of twist body are lower than the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(5)the mouse ear swelling induced by xylene experiment,hong ge ri-12 superfine powder group compared with model group,auricle swelling rate were lower than the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(6)in the rat foot swelling,hong ge ri-12 superfine powder in the model group compared with model group,foot swelling rate significantly inhibited,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(7)smoked to mice with acute bronchitis,hong ge ri-12 superfine powder in the model group compared with model group,bronchial mucosa epithelial cells in mice cilia structure arrangement is full,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hong ge ri-12 superfine powder has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,its anti-inflammatory mechanism may be related to hong ge ri-12 superfine powder of inhibiting inflammatory cytokines IL-6,IL-10,TNF-a and PGE2 conduction. |
