Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Cheilitis With Mongolian Medicine Hata Geqi Ointment

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Mongolian medicine hata Geqi ointment in the treatment of chronic cheilitis and provide more options for further promotion of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of chronic cheilitis.Methods: Choose between December 2020 and January 2022 in Inner Mongolia Minzu university affiliated hospital,Mongolian and western medicine oral mucosal disease clinic,chronic cheilitis is diagnosis and standard patients 60 cases,according to treatment before and after order randomly divided into two groups,each group of 30 cases.Observation group to give Hata Geqi ointment,Control group to give Hydrocortisone butyrate cream treatment,treatment for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy scores at pre-treatment,post-treatment week 1,and post-treatment week 2 were recorded.Results :(1)Nimodipine method was used to compare the clinical efficacy after treatment.The total effective number of observation group was 27 cases,and the total effective rate was 90%.There were 29 cases in the control group,and the total effective rate was 96%.In the observation group and the control group,t test was performed before treatment and 1 week after treatment,before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,P < 0.05,indicating statistical difference.Between the two groups,1 week after treatment,dry lips,pain,itching and other symptoms,after t test,P < 0.05,there was a statistical difference.For other symptoms,t test showed P > 0.05,showing no statistical difference.2 weeks after treatment,lips were dry,painful,pruritus,desquamination and scab.After t test,P < 0.05 was statistically significant.For other symptoms,T test showed no statistical difference,P > 0.05.(2)Follow-up was conducted 1 month after the end of treatment.The recurrence rate was16% in the observation group and 36% in the control group.(3)There were no adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion :(1)Mongolian medicine Hata Geqi ointment can effectively improve the symptoms of chronic cheilitis,especially in the symptoms of hyperemia,swelling,desquamation,scab,chapping and skin around the lip.(2)Mongolian medicine Hartageqi ointment has a low recurrence rate and no adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable and worthy of extensive clinical application.
