Background:Chronic cheilitis is inflammation that occurs in the lips.It is used to refer to the surface inflammation of the lip mucosa. The lips will appear peeling, chapped, ulcerated, etc.,and may be accompanied by swelling or non-swelling symptoms. The lips are usually accompanied by sensitivity, burning and pain.Cheilitis can occur spontaneously,or it may be related to a variety of precipitating factors. The current treatment methods mainly use topical drugs, oral drugs, and some photoelectric methods. There are also traditional Chinese medical methods and Chinese and Western medical methods to treat chronic cheilitis. It is said that although some patients can temporarily relieve some of the more troubled symptoms through the above-mentioned various therapies, the efficacy of existing therapies gradually declines after repeated medications, and the disease is prone to recurring and prolonging. Therefore, there is an urgent need for effective treatment methods to improve the treatment efficiency of chronic cheilitis and reduce the long-term recurrence rate such as Photoelectric means,etc..Objectives:To explore the effectiveness of erbium laser(Er:YAG 2940 nm skin resurfacing ps03 smooth mode)in the treatment of chronic cheilitis compared with the simple use of0.03% tacrolimus for external use,and strive to find a treatment for chronic cheilitis new and effective method. Methods:Selected patients with chronic cheilitis from the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and the Dermatology and Venereology Department of Anhui Fei Rui Institute of Dermatology were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group. The treatment group was treated with Er:YAG laser(Er:YAG.2940 nm skin resurfacing ps03 smooth mode)for treatment. The control group was treated with 0.03%tacrolimus external application to treat chronic cheilitis. The effectiveness, recurrence, and transdermal water loss before and after treatment(TEWL),stratum corneum water content and sebum, blood flow and advanced glycation end products(AGEs)were compared.Statistical methods were used to analyze the differences.Among them,if the data in the same group before and after treatment conform to the normal distribution, use the paired t test to test, and if the data does not conform to the normal distribution, use the rank sum test nonparametric analysis to treat the treatment group and the control group If the difference between the two groups of data is equal in the overall sample variance, the independent sample t test is used, and the variance is not uniform, the t test is used.If a P value<0.05,the difference is statistically significantResults:1 The difference in curative effect evaluation between the treatment group and the control groupAfter two different treatment methods and statistical tests, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.2 Changes in TEWL values before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control groupIt was tested that the difference in TEWL before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant, and the difference in TEWL before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant, and the difference in TEWL between the two therapies for chronic cheilitis was statistically significant,p values were both <0.05,both therapies There are differences.3 Differences in water content of the stratum corneum before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control groupIt was tested that the water content of the stratum corneum before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant, and the water content of the stratum corneum before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the water content of the stratum corneum between the two treatments for chronic cheilitis.Academic significance(p>0.05).4 Differences in sebum between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatmentAfter testing, the difference in sebum before and after treatment in the treatment group was not statistically significant, the difference in sebum before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant, and the difference in sebum between the two treatments for chronic cheilitis was not statistically significant,p>0.05.5 Differences in blood flow between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatmentAfter testing, the difference in blood flow before and after treatment in the treatment group was statistically significant, the difference in blood flow before and after treatment in the control group was statistically significant, and the difference in blood flow between the two therapies for chronic cheilitis was statistically significant,p<0.05.6 Differences of AGEs between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatmentAfter testing, the difference of AGEs in the treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant, and the difference in AGEs before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant. The difference in AGEs between the two treatments for chronic cheilitis was statistically significant,p<0.05.Conclusions:Erbium laser(Er:YAG 2940 nm skin resurfacing ps03 smooth mode)to treat chronic cheilitis, the TEWL value before and after treatment is improved more significantly, the water content of the stratum corneum can be improved, and the blood flow improvement effect is more obvious before and after treatment,Reduce the value of AGEs,and the effectiveness is higher than that of using only 0.03% tacrolimus, and the recurrence rate is lower than that of using 0.03% tacrolimus alone. Therefore,it is believed that the clinical effect of erbium laser in the treatment of chronic cheilitis is better Use only 0.03% tacrolimus.
