Objective:The clinical characteristics of 167 children with escherichia coli urinary tract infection were summarized, the drug resistance and risk factors were analyzed, the drug resistance of Escherichia coli was known, and the basis for clinical treatment in Zhangjiakou area was provided. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 167 children with urinary tract infection of Escherichia coli in the first affiliated hospital of Hebei North College on July~2017 and December 2019,according to the ESBLs,of production of Escherichia coli,it was divided into ESBLs and non-production groups to understand the clinical characteristics, risk factors, drug resistance and treatment between the two groups. Results:Among 167 children with urinary tract infection of Escherichia coli, the detection rate of ESBLs producing Escherichia coli was 37.72%(63/167).2.The difference between the ESBLs group and the non-productive ESBLs group was statistically significant at different age stages(P<0.05);in terms of gender, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The UTI caused by ESBLs Escherichia coli was statistically significant in fever, hematuria with naked eye, urinary tract abnormality, past infection, application of antimicrobial agents before urine culture, blood CRP、blood PCT and days of hospitalization with non-producing Escherichia coli(P<0.05).4.The drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli producing ESBLs was higher than that ESBLs non-producing Escherichia coli(P<0.05).5.The effective rate ESBLs non-producing ESBLs Escherichia coli was 100.00%and that of ESBLs Escherichia coli was 60.00%~68.75%.Conclusion:1.Among 167 children with urinary tract infection ESBLs Escherichia coli, the detection rate of Escherichia coli was 37.72%(63/167).2.ESBLs urinary tract infections caused by Escherichia coli are more common in infants and young children.3.ESBLs urinary tract infections caused by Escherichia coli ESBLs less prolific than those caused by E.coli are significantly different in clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and so on,indicating that the condition is more serious, more complex, and more need for early treatment.4.ESBLs resistance rate of Escherichia coli to common antimicrobial agents was significantly higher than that ESBLs non-producing Escherichia coli.5.Non-produced ESBLs are more effective than ESBLs produced Escherichia coli.
