Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Chronic Pharyngitis By Electro-Acupuncture Stimulating Cervical Ridge

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture stimulating Cervical spine in treating chronic pharyngitis and its influence on patients’mental state.and to provide an effective treatment for chronic pharyngitis.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic pharyngitis who met the inclusion criteria are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group is treated with watermelon frost Qingyan buccal tablets alone,while the treatment group is treated with electro-acupuncture stimulating cervical Jiaji 2～4 combined with routine acupoint selection.Two groups of patients are treated for 4 weeks,respectively before treatment,after treatment and follow-up for 3 months,recorded the symptoms,signs and anxiety and depression scale score.Results:There is no significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease,symptoms and signs score and anxiety and Depression Scale score before treatment(P>0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two groups.the scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups are significantly reduced after treatment and 3 months follow-up(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group is 90.0%,of which 6 cases are cured,20 cases are markedly effective,1 case is effective and 3 cases are ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group is 76.7%,of which 2 cases are cured,6 cases are markedly effective,15 cases are effective and 7 cases are ineffective;the short-term curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group is 83.3%,of which 4 cases are cured,16 cases are markedly effective,5 cases are effective and 5 cases are ineffective;the total effective rate of the control group is 70.0%,of which 1 case is cured,4 cases are markedly effective,16 cases are effective and 9 cases are ineffective;the follow-up effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of anxiety and depression scale,after treatment,the improvement of emotional response in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture stimulating cervical Jiaji combined with routine acupoint selection has a good clinical effect on chronic pharyngitis.2.Electro-acupuncture stimulating Cervical spine in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is better than watermelon frost Qingyan buccal tablet in improving symptoms and signs,anxiety and scale score,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
