Analysis Of The Effect Of Yinchen Decoction Combined With Treatment Of ICP On The Test Index And Pregnancy Outcome Of Meta

Objective Meta analysis was carried out by relevant clinical research in the treatment of ICP in western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yinchen decoction,to evaluate the effect of Yinchen decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine on Pregnancy outcome and ICP test indicators.Method The Cochrane library,Medline,Pub Med,Chinese biomedical journal literature database(CBM),Chinese China Wanfang database,CNKI database(CNKI),VIP Chinese science and Technology Journal Full-text Database(VIP)database,Retrieval time from the start time of each database to 2017.In a randomized controlled trial chenshang adjuvant treatment of ICP bacteria,according to prestablished inclusion and exclusion criteria selected by literature,literature quality evaluation Jalad score,the extracted data were analyzed by Rev Man5.3 Meta analysis.Result By 15 RCT to meet the inclusion criteria(1814 Patients)were analyzed by Meta,and the results show that the control group(Western medicine group),experimental group(Yinchen decoction combined with western medicine group)the pruritus symptoms improved significantly,MD= 0.88,95%CI(-1.06,-0.69,P < 0.00001);the total efficiency was significantly increased,OR=4.70,95%CI(3.15,7.02),P < 0.00001;serum total bile acid(TBA)decreased significantly,SMD=1.02,95%CI(1.70,0.33),P=0.004;total bilirubin(TB)did not significantly reduce the MD=2.52,95%CI(-7.51,2.46),P=0.32;direct bilirubint(DB)did not significantly reduce the MD=-2.20,95%CI(6.75,2.35),P=0.34;alanine aminotransferase(ALT)significantly decreased SMD=-1.18,95%CI(-1.91,-0.44),P=0.002;aspartate aminotransferase(AST)significantly decreased.SMD=1.30,(95%CI-1.87,-0.74),P <0.00001;cholylglycine(CG)significantly decreased SMD=(95%CI-1.23,-1.44,-1.02),P <0.00001;gestational age was significantly prolonged MD=1.52,95%CI(1.23,1.80),P <0.00001;neonatal weight increased significantly MD=361.08 95%CI,(258.03 464.14),P <0.00001;preterm birth rate decreased significantly,OR=0.13,95%CI(0.19,0.07),P < 0.0001;the rate of cesarean section was significantly decreased OR=0.52,95%CI(0.35,0.77),P=0.0010;amniotic fluid contamination rate was significantly lower in OR=0.46,95%CI(0.24,0.89),P=0.02;the fetal distress rate was significantly lower in OR=0.2,95%CI(0.11,0.35),P <0.00001.Conclusion And the control group(Western medicine group),experimental group(Yinchen decoction combined with western medicine group)total efficiency,the treatment of ICP after skin itching,gestational age and neonatal weight were better than the control group,laboratory indicators such as TBA,CG,ALT,AST improvement than those in the control group(P < 0.05),pregnancy the end of cesarean section,amniotic fluid contamination rate,Premature delivery rate,distress incidence rate was lower than the control group(P < 0.05),fetal DB in lower TB,no significant difference between the two groups.
