Lianhuang Decoction Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Intrahepatic Cholestasis Of Pregnancy

Objective Through clinical research of empirical formula Lianhuang Decoction(LHD)decoction designed by Chen Yinyi,director of Chinese Medicine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,to evaluate the clinical curative effect and to lay the theoretical foundation for the clinical application of Chinese medicine compound,enrich therapeutic regimen of ICP.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group that met the inclusion criteria.The treatment group used ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA),The treatment group used Lianhuang Decoction(LHD),2 times a day,each time taking 200ml.There month as one treatment course,after one courses of treatment,two groups of patients were determined the clinical efficacy and observe the drug adverse reactions,After treatment,review the laboratory index and evaluate the effect.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group reached 90%,while the totall effective rate of the control group was 70%,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,the two groups of patients with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score comparison does not have significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group and control group after treatment,the two groups before treatment ICP patients with pruritus score and serum TBA,DBIL,TBIL,AST and ALT levels had no significant difference(P>0.05);and after treatment,two groups of patients with pruritus score,serum DBIL,AST,ALT,and detection of water the flat has significantly reduced,and have significant difference compared with(P<0.05)and the control group;in contrast,the patients in the treatment group index decline more,and have significant difference(P<0.05).According to the statistical analysis of neonatal factors made,fetal distress,premature birth and neonatal asphyxia rate,the treatment group than in the control group was significantly lower in the observation group,Apgar score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The control group in the treatment group before and after treatment with significant difference(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Lianhuang Decoction(LHD)has better efficacy in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,the test group and the control group can improve patients with skin itching score,TBA score,ALT score,AST score,DBIL score,TBILI score and pregnancy outcome,with Lianhuang Decoction(LHD),improve the effect is more obvious.The compound is effective and safe in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
