Objective The relationship between the surface of 6 kinds of NSCLC cells and tumor growth of nude mice and regulation function of traditional Chinese medicine.Method Different lung carcinoma cell in vitro culture,the exocytosis of 6 kinds of lung cell by scanning electron microscope.The comparisons of lung carcinoma cell transfection efficiency by fluorescence microscope.The transformation of 3 group,such as mixed cultivation of CRL5844 and A549,CRL5844 and HCC827,95-D and HCC827 by microscope.After 3 days,6 days,9 days,12 days,16 days of the mixed cultivation of H1299 and A549,some phenomena observed by microscope.The comparison of the cell morphology of the H1299,A549,HCC827,CRL5844,H460 and 95-D by TEM.The different transfection efficiency of A549,H1299,A549+H1299(0-4d).The different transfer ability of A549,H1299 and A549+H1299(0-4d).The ability of value-increasing of A549,H1299 and A549+H1299(0-4d)by MTS tests.Nude mice tumor experiment to show the different tumor growth ability of A549,H1299,A549 and H1299.Time and concentration.Course of inhibiting effect of BFA,Genistin,Guizhi Fuling Pills,Taohe Chengqi Decoctionregulate on A549,H1299 and A549+H1299(0-4d)by MTS tests.Result Surface morphology of 6 kinds of lung carcinoma cells by scanning electron microscope in different.Cell,such as 95-D with high exocytosis process,have much more transfection efficiency than HCC827 cell.According to the transformation of 3 group,mixed cultivation of CRL5844 and A549,CRL5844 and HCC827,95-D and HCC827 by microscope,the cells with dynamic patterns have influenced on the cell with negative patterns.After the observation of the morphology of the mixed cultivation of H1299 and A549 by microscope,we find the phenomenon that the change of morphology following the days.We speculation that the abilities of appreciation and migration have relation with morphology between cells.A549+H1299(0-4d)cell transfection efficiency is higher than A549 or H1299 by fluorescence microscope.The abilities of appreciation and migration of A549+H1299(0-4d)is higher than A549 or H1299 by MTS test.Nude mice tumor experiment results show that tumor of H1299 cells group is bigger then A549 cells group,while A549 cells and H1299 cells group is bigger than that both and tumor size of this group is relatively stable.BFA,Genistin,Guizhi Fuling Pills,Taohe Chengqi Decoction regulate on A549,H1299 and A549+H1299(0-4d).Guizhi Fuling Pills and Taohe Chengqi Decoction have good efifect on A549,H1299 and A549+H1299(0-4d).Conclusion The surface morphology of lung tumor cells is different.Cells with dynamic patterns have influenced on the cell with negative patterns.Cells with high transfection efficiency showed action enhancement.Transfection efficiency of A549+H1299(0-4d)is higher than A549 and H1299 by the exocytosis process.The tumor growth of mixed group of A549 and H1299 is bigger than the group injected A549 or H1299 respectively.Guizhi Fuling Pills and Taohe Chengqi Decoction have good effect on A549,H1299 and A549+H1299(0-4d).But it is not clear about the substance which influence the surface morphology of lung tumor cells,such as protein,hormone,cytokines and the like.This topic is need to further research.
