| Objects:Observation of acupuncture(Chi nine,Body needle)The clinical effect and safety of acupoint injection and rehabilitation training on the gross motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy were studied. The clinical value of this method in improving the gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy was discussed.Methods:60 Children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group(30 Cases, acupuncture, acupoint injection and rehabilitation training)Control group(30 Cases, acupoint injection, rehabilitation training). One case of abscission in the experimental group,finally,29 cases in the experimental group, and no change in the control group.20 days as a course of treatment,a total of 3courses.The GMFM-88 score scale was used to evaluate the gross motor improvement. The scores were evaluated before the treatment and after treatment, and the therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared by statistical analysis.Results:(1)Pre-treatment comparison:The two groups were comparable in age,sex and scale score.(2)Post-treatment comparison:After treatment, the scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and there was statistical difference.Experimental group(Acupuncture, acupoint injection, rehabilitation training)The score and total effective rate after treatment were significantly higher than those in control group. The younger the age,the better the treatment.(3)Before and after treatment, the liver and kidney function and urine routine in both groups were within normal range.Conclusions:(1)Acupuncture(Chi nine,Body needle),Acupoint injection, rehabilitation training, acupoint injection and rehabilitation training can improve the gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.(2)Acupuncture(Chi nine,Body needle)Acupoint injection and rehabilitation training were superior to acupoint injection and rehabilitation training in improving the gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy. |
