Clinical Observation Of Press-needle Treatment Combined With Rehabilitation Training On Children Of Gross Motor Dysfunction With Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of press-needle combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in improving gross motor dysfunction in children,and to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of spastic cerebral palsy in children.Methods:Among the children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in licheng district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,64 children who met the research criteria were collected and randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in the experimental group,32 cases in the control group.The experimental group was given press-needle combined with conventional rehabilitation training treatment,and the control group was given conventional rehabilitation training treatment,one month as a treatment course,three courses of treatment.Before treatment,the baseline data of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.The scores of clinical spasm index(CSI)and gross motor function assessment(GMFM88)were compared before and after treatment,and the changes of related indexes in the two groups before and after treatment were statistically analyzed,and the therapeutic effect between the two groups was observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group reached(93.55%),significantly higher than that of the control group(67.74%),with statistical significance(p<0.05).After treatment,the scores of spasm index and gross motor function of the two groups were improved.There were significant differences between the two groups(p<0.01),which was statistically significant.The improvement of efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Research shows that rehabilitation training combined with press-needle in the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy can reduce muscle tension and improve spasmodic state,improve the gross motor function of children,and the curative effect is obviously better than simple rehabilitation training.Moreover,the press needle has simple operation,easy to be accepted by children,no adverse reactions in the treatment process,has clinical promotion value.
