The Study On Synergistic Mechanism Of Rheumatoid Arthritis Treateted By Wenhua Juanbi Recipe Based On The Expression Of P-glycoprotein

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wenhuajuanbi Prescriptions in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patient,to research it’s influence on expression of P-glycoprotein,to discuss this Prescriptions’Synergistic mechanism in treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were voluntarily signed written informed consent,the random number table according to the doctor order were randomly divided into two groups,control group 30 cases,MTX,7.5 mg weekly were given,LEF 10mg,everyday.treatment group 30 cases,Wenhuajuanbi Prescriptions once a day and MTX,7.5 mg weekly,LEF 10mg everday were both given.Both groups were cured for 12 weeks.Efficacy for Chinese medical syadromes,disease activity score in 28 joins(DAS28),items in health assessment questionnaire(HAQ),visual analog scale(VAS),time of morning stiffness,tender joint coun,Swollen joint count,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factors(RF),Anti-cyclic citrylinated peptide antibody(anti-CCP),P-glycolprotein,blood platelet counting plate(BLT)and security index were observed.Real-time PCR was used in testing P-glycolprotein.Results Compared the two groups before and after treatment,the two groups after treatment in the integral effect of TCM syndrome integral,DAS28,tender joint count,Swollen joint count,HAQ integral,VAS integral,morning stiffness,ESR,CRP,RF,anti-CCP BLT were obviously improved(p<0.01),the treatment group is better than those of control group(P<0.05).In the process of treatment,the difference of liver enzyme,leukocytopenia,infection,gastrointestinal reaction,elevation of blood pressure between two groups was significance(P<0.05),difference of erythra and dental ulcer was not statistically.Conclusion Wenhuajuanbi Prescriptions can reduce the expression of P-glycoprotein to improve the multiple drug resistance.It can improve the condition of the rheumatoid arthritis patients.It is safe and effective.
