Clinical And Regular Pattern Of Syndrome And Treatment Research On The Management Of Classical Prescription To Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a kind of systemic autoimmune disease which can lead to joint bone destruction,deformity and loss of function even to death,and can also cause great damage for patients physically and psychologically.The western medicine treatment of RA is working quickly,resulting in fast symptom relieve and delayed pathogenesis progression,but also exhibit apparent side effects.This study aims to collect a large number of relevant clinical reports and related documents of RA and summary the treatment of zhongjing's academic thoughts,also focus on exploring the potential for the treatment of RA,so as to provide some useful reference on Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:By virtue of literature research,this paper studies the Chinese and western medicine of RA,including the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and the present situation of Chinese and western medicine treatment,and summarize the classic prescriptions and treatment from zhongjing of RA.This project mainly discusses the related literatures and elaborate each prescription in the pathogenesis progression,clinical manifestations,the key points of syndrome differentiation,treatment and the formulas,the later physicians clinical use,the famous doctor basis,by using experience,etc.Results:By retrieving literature and reading monographs,we selected 12 most typical prescription about rheumatoid arthritis from countless data,including of Cassia twig peony common anemarrhena Soup,Monkshood soup,white tiger guizhi soup,huangqi guizhi wuwu tang,stephania astragalus membranaceus soup,Cassia twig monkshood soup,ephedra plus soup,ephedra asarum soup lateral root of aconite,radix glycyrrhizae monkshood soup,angelica four inverse soup,wood out the soup,kidney shot.It is proved that all of the prescriptions are effective via the study of pathogenesis,syndrome,treatment and formulas.Conclusions:Analysis concluded that the classic prescriptions are widely used in the treatment of RA,and the therapy effect is distinct.In the use of the classic prescriptions.Physicians should pay attention to the Bianzheng Lunzhi.if the wind,cold and damp obstruct the meridian,especialy infect by more cold-damp we should choose aconitum tonga subtraction;if wind-damp obstruct the meridian and his Yang deficiency we should choose guizhi tonga taste of lateral root;if cold-damp injury the exterio we should choose ephedra and art tonga taste;Blood deficiency and cold obstruct the meridian we should choose angelica four inverse tonga taste;damp-hot obstruct the meridian and hotness is exuberant,we should choose white tiger guizhi tonga subtraction,and so on.classic prescriptions of Zhongjing make the best use of toxic drugs Such as aconitum,lateral root to slant correction,emphasizes the processing and compatibility with poison.He good at using two kinds of medcine which complements can help each other in improving curative effect.Such as cassia twig with gypsum,cassia twig with warm lateral root of aconite,cassia twig with radix paeoniae alba which they can play a different role clearing heat and warming meridians or clearing damp and dispelling cold or compromising yingqi and weiqi.
