| China is the world’s largest pig supply and consumption country.The pig market has a huge volume of more than one trillion yuan.The healthy development of the pig industry is related to national economic development and livelihood issues.The No.1 central document of the Central Government has emphasized the relevant contents of the pig industry for several consecutive years,which reflects that the country attaches great importance to the pig industry.In recent years,China’s pig breeding industry has developed rapidly in scale and modernization,and industry giants have emerged,with a small proportion of retail investors.However,it is impossible to rely only on a few head large-scale enterprises to meet all pig consumption needs,so the development of small and medium-sized pig breeding enterprises should also be paid attention to.At present,there is little research on the strategic development of pig breeding enterprises,especially on small and medium-sized pig breeding enterprises.Guangxi Haihe Pig Breeding Co.,Ltd.is a professional,large-scale and modern original pig production and sales enterprise.The company is located in Wuzhou,Guangxi,at the junction of Guangxi and Guangdong.It has a certain influence in the pig breeding system in Guangdong and Guangxi,and is typical and representative in small and medium-sized pig breeding enterprises.This paper takes the company as the research object,and conducts research and analysis according to the technical route of "literature research-external environment analysis-internal environment analysis-strategic selection and formulation-strategic safeguard measures".The study found that the company has opportunities in policy,economy,technology,production chain and other aspects,risks in price fluctuation,major epidemics and other aspects.It has advantages in geographical location,reputation,biosafety prevention and control,but also faces disadvantages such as high costs and weak marketing ability.This paper draws four important conclusions:(1)the enterprise should implement the overall strategy of sequential mixed type,and successively adopt the strategy of maintaining profits in the stable strategy and the growth strategy of vertical integration.(2)We should adopt the competitive strategy of centrali2 ation and differentiation,deepen the cultivation and breeding,and build the core competitiveness.(3)We must focus on cost control and cash flow security.(4)Comprehensive strategic implementation guarantee measures should be taken in breeding ability,technical level,operation management,sustainable development,talent management,corporate culture,etc. |
