| In recent years,with the development of the economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the demand of our people for beef is gradually rising,while the slow growth of domestic beef production,coupled with the impact of import and export trade,the beef cattle and yak breeding industry is in urgent need of strategic adjustment and development.2021,China has entered the 14 th Five-Year Plan stage,as far as the agriculture and animal husbandry industry is concerned,to accelerate the independent innovation incentive policy of livestock and poultry breeding industry,improve the domestic beef cattle Genetic plans have also been introduced one after another,creating great development opportunities for countless domestic beef cattle breeding enterprises.In recent years,the state and provinces have also introduced various policies to encourage the scale and concentration of beef cattle breeding,and the "two cattle and one pig" breeding support program introduced in Heilongjiang Province in 2017 has led to the emergence of a large number of new small and medium-sized beef cattle breeding enterprises in the province,which not only increases the amount of beef cattle breeding and breeding,but also reduces the pollution of livestock The pollution of the natural environment by livestock excrement and the destruction of grasslands by overgrazing have laid a solid foundation for the revitalized development of beef cattle in Longjiang.This paper takes HY Herding Company of Anda City,Heilongjiang Province as the research object,and uses the knowledge and analysis methods of enterprise strategic management to study the overall strategy of the company on the basis of the relevant literature review.Firstly,the current development strategy of the company is combined with the analysis of the current situation of HY Herding Company’s planting and breeding,as well as human resource management,disease control,marketing links and other aspects of HY Herding Company in the current stage of development of the various problems encountered;secondly,the use of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis of the internal environment and external environment of the enterprise,so as to clarify the enterprise in the present and future The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the company at present and in the future.Thirdly,based on the principles and objectives of strategy formulation,an effective overall strategy and functional strategies are formulated based on the company’s vision of development;finally,a series of safeguards are proposed for the implementation of the company’s strategies,aiming to guarantee the effective implementation of the strategic policy of the whole company.In this paper,the strategic management study of HY Cattle Company not only contributes to the sustainable and healthy development of the company,but also provides reference for other companies of the same kind in the industry. |
