| As a dominant characteristic industry in Ningxia and a pillar industry for local farmers to get rid of poverty,beef cattle industry plays a very important role in promoting rural revitalization and industrial revitalization in Ningxia.NX Agricultural Investment Co.,Ltd.is a wholly state-owned company funded and established by the People’s Government of Ningxia Autonomous Region.It is the company’s long-term layout and key development direction to carry out related business centering on the beef cattle industry.However,the company’s beef cattle business is limited by multiple factors such as rising breeding costs,increasingly apparent regional resource constraints,low brand awareness of regional beef cattle and low added value.In this context,how to effectively focus on the investment layout of beef cattle industry chain and play a leading role in the development of provincial agricultural leading enterprises has become an important research topic for the company to face.In this paper,PEST model,CPM matrix,Porter’s Five forces model and other tools are used to make an in-depth analysis of the internal and external environment,strengths and weaknesses of NX Agricultural Investment Company,from the perspective of the enterprise’s operating status,capabilities,resources and other in-depth analysis and positioning,to identify the external opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses faced by the company,laying a foundation for the formulation of competitive strategy.Use EFE matrix and IFE matrix to analyze key external and internal factors and quantify internal and external opportunities and threats;SWOT matrix was used to analyze opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,and 17 alternative strategies were developed.The QSPM matrix is used to optimize the alternative strategies,and the optimal strategy of NX Agricultural Investment Company’s beef cattle business is determined as the differentiated competition strategy.The implementation measures are specifically formulated from the four aspects of brand differentiation,product differentiation,channel differentiation and service differentiation.Four safeguard measures were proposed to strengthen organizational construction,optimize talent structure,enhance cultural construction and strengthen innovation ability,and finally dynamic risk control was adopted to ensure that NX Agricultural Investment Company’s beef cattle business maintained its competitive advantage. |
