| Corn is an important food crop, which is not only the ration of daily life, but also the high quality feed for the further development of livestock and poultry industry. With the development of national economy, per capita income continues to increase, people’s demand for livestock and poultry products has been greatly improved, and the gap of corn production is getting bigger and bigger.Kenli District is an important corn producing area in Dongying City.It is located at the mouth of the Yellow River. The land salinization problem is serious. The Dongying municipal government has vigorously promoted the zonal compound planting model in this area, hoping to change the current situation of low yield per mu and low quality of corn and keep farmers on the land.In view of this,it is of great significance to study the adoption behavior and influencing factors of the zonal composite planting pattern of corn growers in Kenli District.Based on the theory of peasant household behavior, the theory of intergenerational economic exchange, the theory of bounded rationality, the theory of state function and the theory of path dependence, this study took Kenli District of Dongying City as the research area, and conducted field investigation and interview on 230 corn farmers in Kenli District. From the aspects of individual characteristics, family characteristics, natural resource endowment and external environment characteristics, government support policy characteristics and so on,the present situation of adopting zonal compound planting behavior of corn farmers in Kenli District was deeply analyzed.Binary Logistic model was used to analyze the influencing factors and correlation of the adoption behavior of zonal compound cropping pattern by maize farmers.ISM is used to analyze the internal hierarchy of each significant factor, and finally some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion. Conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Among the sample farmers participating in the survey,58 people adopted the banded compound planting mode, accounting for 26.61%;160 farmers did not adopt this model, accounting for 73.37% of the total.(2)Kenli District is located at the mouth of the Yellow River, the land is highly salinized, and the local corn farmers have low enthusiasm for planting. As a whole, the corn farmers are older and suffer from senile diseases, and their education level is not high. Most of the family population is in the form of "three-member family" and "old couple",and the annual household income is relatively low. Most of the farmers have a certain understanding of the new technology and the new policy, but basically can not have an in-depth understanding, and the degree of supporting agricultural machinery and tools is polarized.(3)The education level, health status, maize planting income proportion, maize planting years, maize planting area, land quality, and distance between village and town all had significant effects on the adoption behavior of zonal-compound planting pattern of maize farmers in reclamation area.Among them, education level, health status, income proportion of corn planting and corn planting area had a positive effect on the adoption behavior of zonal complex planting pattern by corn farmers, while the years of corn planting and land quality had a negative relationship with the adoption behavior of zonal complex planting pattern by corn farmers.(4)The land quality directly affects the adoption behavior of zonal composite planting of corn farmers in Kenli area, which is the direct driving factor of surface layer. The second factor is the proportion of maize income, maize planting years and maize planting area. The education level and health status of farmers are the third layer factors. The deep influencing factor of the distance between village and town is the underlying logic that pushes corn growers to adopt the zonal compound planting mode.Accordingly, this study puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures:(1)adhere to the "problem oriented",make up the weak points and weaknesses.2)We will increase investment in rural infrastructure to help improve people’s lives.(3)Pay attention to the "link up and down",strengthen the guarantee responsibility system.Through the guarantee system, the specific responsibilities of units at all levels are divided--the responsibility mechanism of municipal Party and government leaders, district(county)cadres in charge of the village, village Party branch secretary,to strengthen their sense of responsibility.(4)Improve the scientific quality of the first-line corn farmers, and firmly establish the consciousness of "strengthening agriculture by technology".(5)Establish and improve the risk prevention and control system of planting structure adjustment. |
