| In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was again proposed to ’ comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country ’.Since the reform and opening up,with the increasing emphasis on agricultural and rural work by the Party Central Committee and the State Council,the development of agriculture and rural areas has made comprehensive progress.However,with the deepening of reform,problems such as agricultural pollution and non-foodization have also begun to emerge.The " National Strategic Plan for Quality Agriculture(2018-2022)" proposes to " adhere to quality agriculture,green agriculture,and accelerate the transformation of agriculture from production-oriented to quality-oriented," which has important practical significance for China to further promote agricultural supply-side reform and promote the green and modern development of agriculture.Since 2018,a new model of comprehensive planting and breeding cycle of rice and fishery has been explored and established in Luoshifang City.As of 2022,the promotion and implementation area has reached tens of thousands of mu,which has begun to take shape and achieve results.However,there are also some problems to be solved in the process of promotion and development.In order to further study the development status of the integrated rice-fishery farming model in Shifang City and seek countermeasures to solve the existing problems,this paper uses literature analysis,field investigation and other methods to take Shifang farmers as the survey object.Based on the theory of circular economy and ecological agriculture,based on the research on the development status of the integrated rice-fishery farming model in Shifang City,this paper analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the integrated rice-fishery farming and farmers ’ willingness.At the same time,this paper conducts a field survey on the current situation of the development of the comprehensive rice-fishery planting and breeding model in Shifang City,and uses the data of the development of the comprehensive rice-fishery planting and breeding model in Shifang City from 2018 to 2022 to summarize the following existing problems :(1)The investment cost is large;(2)Paddy fields need to be concentrated;(3)Weak brand influence;(4)Some farmers hold a wait-and-see attitude.As the most basic unit in the process of agricultural production,farmers ’ participation often determines whether the agricultural production mode can develop sustainably.In order to further analyze the willingness of farmers in Shifang City,and the factors that affect farmers ’ willingness to participate in the integrated rice-fishery farming model,this paper uses the questionnaire to synthesize the results of previous studies.From the economic,ecological,family and policy dimensions of the factors affecting the willingness of farmers to participate in the production model of empirical research.Through linear regression analysis,it is concluded that :(1)Farmers ’ willingness to participate is ranked from strong to weak,and the factors with positive influence are : ecological dimension,policy dimension,family dimension,health status and economic dimension;(2)Age factor will not have a positive impact on farmers ’ willingness to participate;(3)Factors such as gender,education level and the main source of household income have little effect on farmers’ willingness to participate.Based on the above research,the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows :(1)Strengthen policy guidance and enhance farmers ’ willingness to participate;(2)Implement land replacement management and promote intensive development;(3)Strengthen the brand construction of rice and fishery,enhance the comprehensive benefits of rice and fishery;(4)Establish a full participation mechanism for farmers to enhance the dominant position of farmers. |
