Research On The Development Of The Whole Industrial Chain Of Rice And Shrimp Comprehensive Cultivation And Breeding In Yueyang City

The agricultural industry chain often lacks a complete industrial ecosystem,which makes it difficult to ensure sustainable development of the ecological environment and social responsibility.The whole industry chain pays more attention to the sustainability and development of the entire industry chain,and can better coordinate the relationships among all participants,promote the overall development and prosperity of the industry.Since the approval of the Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone plan by the State Council in 2014,it has marked that the Dongting Lake area will follow the concept of ecological priority and green development,and explore new development paths for the lake area economy.With more than half of the area of Dongting Lake located in Yueyang city,it is necessary to change the extensive planting mode and adopt the ecological integrated rice-shrimp farming model.With the booming crayfish market,Yueyang city has vigorously developed the rice-shrimp integrated farming industry.However,in recent years,the increase in rice-shrimp farming area across the country has led to a reversal in the supply and demand of crayfish market.The rice-shrimp integrated farming industry in Yueyang city needs to seek a more comprehensive and balanced development.This article defines the concepts of industrial chain,whole industry chain,and rice-shrimp integrated farming industry chain by collating relevant literature on the development model of the industry chain,the current situation of the rice-shrimp integrated farming industry,and the optimization of the rice-shrimp integrated farming industry chain.The theoretical research basis of this article is the theory of economies of scale,the theory of industrial value chain,and the theory of industrial integration.By summarizing the development process and current situation of the rice-shrimp integrated farming industry chain in Yueyang city and combining it with PEST analysis,it is concluded that the industry chain in Yueyang city currently faces the problems of insufficient length of vertical integration,insufficient width of horizontal integration,and insufficient industry coordination.Through combining relevant research,five development directions for the rice-shrimp integrated farming industry in Yueyang city are proposed,including development of scope economy,development of derivative products,upgrading of modern agricultural services,establishment of regional public brands,and construction of information technology platforms.From the perspective of the optimization formula for the rice-shrimp integrated farming industry chain in Yueyang city,a development framework is established.Finally,five optimization strategies are proposed,including "promoting industrial clusters and strengthening brand cultivation","applying the Internet+model to strengthen new marketing channels","promoting modern agricultural services to enhance the comprehensive development capability of the industry","creating a green information technology platform and matching it with financial technology services",and"strengthening top-level design planning and conducting risk warning monitoring".
