Plastic film mulching technology has been widely used in agricultural production because of its functions of increasing temperature,preserving soil moisture and increasing production.With the increasing use of plastic film in China,it is difficult to degrade the residual film,and the pollution lasts for a long time,causing no small harm.There’s obviously no way to pick it up manually,so mechanized residual film recycling has become the first choice to reduce residual film pollution.At present,the residual film recovery equipment has some problems in the process of picking up the film,such as it can’t copy the uneven ground,the lifting force of the film lifting mechanism is insufficient,and the film feeding effect is not good.In this thesis,the method of realizing the functions of dynamic copying,film binding,film picking and film feeding of the bar teeth according to the changing and recovering characteristics of the uniformly distributed film-forming elastic teeth of the drum is put forward,and a roller-elastic film recycling machine is designed.The film-forming action is completed by the combination of the elastic deformation and recovery process of the film-forming elastic teeth and the active rotation of the film-forming shaft.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Several mainstream planting patterns have been formed in Xinjiang to adapt to the shortage of water and cotton harvesting by machine.The spatial distribution characteristics of the residual film on the ground before the recovery of the residual film in autumn under the planting pattern of one film and six rows were investigated on the spot,which provided the basis for the key dimension design of the drum elastic tooth type residual film recovery machine.The mechanical properties of the residual film samples in the current year were tested,and the tensile mechanical properties were obtained.The maximum tensile force of the longitudinal tensile load was 6.01 N;The maximum tensile strength is 14.85mpa;The maximum elongation is 60%.(2)On the basis of referring to the mechanical equipment of traditional residual film recycling machines,the overall scheme of the drum elastic tooth type residual film recycling machine is designed,the traction drive scheme is adopted,the working principle is analyzed,and the design of film-lifting mechanism,film-stripping mechanism and film-winding mechanism is completed,and the transmission system is designed.(3)Using kinematics analysis method,the mechanical analysis and motion analysis of the drum elastic tooth film-forming mechanism are focused,and the force equation and motion equation of the elastic tooth film-forming mechanism are obtained,and the condition that the residual film is not missed is analyzed.Adams software is used to simulate and analyze the trajectory of the end movement of the film-forming elastic tooth.Ansys software is used to carry out finite element analysis on the film-forming elastic tooth,and the total deformation analysis cloud chart and stress-strain analysis cloud chart are obtained,which are verified to meet the working requirements of the film-forming elastic tooth.(4)Make a prototype,and analyze the test data through the test design analysis software Design-Expert.The order of the influence of the advancing speed of the machine,the diameter of the film-lifting elastic tooth and the rotating speed of the film-lifting shaft on the recovery rate and impurity content of the residual film in the test index is obtained,and the interactive analysis of the three influencing factors is carried out.Multi-objective optimization solution can obtain the best parameter combination of the roller elastic tooth film-forming mechanism.When the advancing speed of the machine is 4.9 km/h,the diameter of the elastic tooth is 9.7 mm,and the rotating speed of the film-forming shaft is 86.1 r/min,the residual film recovery rate is 91.22% and the impurity rate is 3.4%.The optimal combination of parameters is verified,and the optimization results are good.
