| The technology of plastic film mulching cultivation has been widely used in agricultural production of Xinjiang,which greatly promoted the development of agricultural economy.However,in recent years,the plastic film remaining in the farmland soil has brought difficulties to the further improvement of the agricultural economy.Even more,the ecological environment of Xinjiang has been destroyed to a certain extent,and the recovery of residual membrane has been urgent.The mechanical recovery of residual film with high efficiency,small footprint and other characteristics are widely promoted.In this paper,a kind of nail roller residual film recovery machine is designed for the problem of residual film recovery in farmland before spring sowing.The structure and working parameters of the mechanism of tooth picking and demoulding are designed.In this paper,it also makes the theoretical analysis of tooth picking mechanism and the simulation/optimization of the trajectory of key components by the software.Finally,the prototype is made.The single test and the multi-factor test are carried out.The paper mainly has the following parts:(1)The material properties of residual film and the distribution of residual film in farmland before spring sowing.In this paper,the residual film content of different soil depths was measured,The residual film content of 0-5cm and 5-10 cm soil depth was determined experimentally.Analysis of the distribution of residual film fragments in the range of 0~4cm2,4~10cm2,>10cm2.Test and test the frictional force of the nail on the residual film to obtain the magnitude of the frictional force.(2)The design of structure of the nail drum residual film recycling machine.According to the working requirements of farmland residual film,the working parameters and the structure were determined.The choice of the nail teeth of the nail drum and the configuration of the tooth on the drum are analyzed and designed.The working principle of the stripper roller is analyzed,and the structure of the stripper roller is designed.(3)Research and analysis of residual film pickup mechanism and roller of toothed.Based on the kinematics analysis,the motion equation of the mechanism for picking up the residual film of the cylinder and the range of working parameters is obtained.The speed of the machine is in the range of V = 3.6-5.4km/h,angular velocity of the pinch roller is in the range of ω=6-8rad/s,and the number of teeth in the toothed drum is Z≈15.ADAMS,the computer-aided software,is used to simulate the movement trajectory of the nail,and the conditions of the stripping roller stripping are analyzed and optimized.This paper analyzes the conditions of demoulding of ejection roller,analyzes the stress of the ejection roller,and determines the working parameters of the stripper roller.The working speed of the stripping roller is in the range of 215-235r/min(4)Experimental study on field performance of residual film recycling machine.Through the single factor experiment,the influence of the moving speed of the machine,the rotating speed of the cylinder and the speed of the stripping roller on the pick-up rate of the whole machine is analyzed.Through the Design-expert8.0.6 test analysis software designs multi-factor test,the influence of each factor on the whole machine net recovery rate is discussed,and the optimal parameter combination is calculated.The performance of the machine tool is verified by experiments,Machine travel speed of 1.40m/s,nail drum speed of 62r/min,stripping roller speed of 226r/min The results show that the picking up rate of the whole machine reaches 84.97%,which meets the design requirements. |
