It is of great and far-reaching significance to promote the construction of ecological civilization and achieve sustainable development.In the new era,it is necessary to adhere to the people-centered orientation,and always promote the construction of ecological civilization around the value and goal of ecology benefits people,ecology profits people,and ecology serves people.The prosperity of forestry leads to the prosperity of ecology,and the prosperity of ecology leads to the prosperity of civilization.In the development of forestry,it is necessary to correctly understand the dialectical relationship between ecology and livelihood,and combine with the reality of economic development in order to promote and develop each other.The ecology-economy-livelihood composite system is composed of the forestry ecology subsystem,the economy subsystem and the livelihood subsystem,which are interconnected and interconditioned in the composite system.If the subsystems can coordinate and develop together,cooperate and promote each other,the ecology-economy-livelihood composite system as a whole will be in a virtuous circle.Therefore,it is imperative to study the coupling and coordination of the ecological-economic-livelihood complex system in forestry,which has important theoretical and practical significance.The key state-owned forest areas play a key role as ecological security barriers and play an important role in forestry.This paper took the key state-owned forest area of Longjiang Forest Industry as the research object,used the composite system theory,synergistic theory,etc.,as well as related models and methods of statistics and econometrics,based on the data on ecology,economy and livelihood of the key state-owned forest area of Longjiang Forest Industry from2006 to 2020.Firstly,analyzed its basic situation,and built a complete and scientific index system of the ecological-economic-livelihood composite system,and used the entropy weight method to calculate the weight of each index,analyzed the comprehensive development level of subsystems and composite systems,fully grasped the development status of the key state-owned forest area of Longjiang Forest Industry.Secondly,the ecological-economic-livelihood composite system and the coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model between the subsystems were respectively constructed,measured the development trend of coupling coordination between different subsystems and composite systems,using vector autoregression model to analyze the dynamic response relationship among forest area ecology,economy and livelihood system,fully understood the coupling and coordination relationship of the ecological-economic-livelihood composite system in the key state-owned forest area of Longjiang Forest Industry.At the same time,a diagnostic model of obstacle factors was constructed,based on the ecological-economy-livelihood composite system and various subsystems in the key state-owned forest area of Longjiang Forest Industry,calculated the factor contribution rate,index deviation degree,index obstacle degree and criterion layer obstacle degree respectively,and analyzed the index obstacle degree and the criterion layer obstacle degree.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of the ecological-economy-livelihood complex system in the key stateowned forest area of Longjiang forest industry were put forward,in order to provide some inspiration and reference for forestry development.
