Analysis On Satisfaction And Influencing Factors Of Pollution Control In Livestock And Poultry Breeding

The long-term extensive production and development of animal husbandry in China has caused prominent environmental pollution problems in rural areas,and the ecological environment around the livestock and poultry breeding plants continues to deteriorate.Waste from livestock and poultry breeding has become the main source of rural ecological environmental pollution in China.Environmental pollution in rural areas affects the quality of life and health of rural residents.Pollution control in livestock and poultry breeding is an important measure to realize sustainable development of animal husbandry and improvement of rural ecological environment.Since 2001,the Chinese government has issued a series of policies and regulations on pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding,which control the scale of livestock and poultry breeding,adjust the distribution of livestock breeding,carry out harmless treatment of sick and dead livestock and implement resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure.At the present stage,most of the country has completed the adjustment of the distribution of aquaculture,and the construction of supporting facilities for pollution treatment in large-scale aquaculture areas has been basically completed.As participants and beneficiaries of pollution control in livestock and poultry farming,how do farmers feel about the effects of pollution control? How satisfied are you with the arrangements for pollution control? It is of certain theoretical and practical significance to study the related problems from the perspective of farmers.This paper is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China’s General Project "Research on Benefit and Poverty Reduction Effect of Agricultural Ecological Capital Operation and Its Collaborative Mechanism with Accurate Poverty Alleviation"(71673302).Based on the field survey data of Huangchuan County,Henan Province,this paper uses the method of literature review and quantitative and qualitative analysis to carry out the research.First,read and sort out relevant literature to understand the latest research progress in this field and the possible innovation points of this paper.Secondly,the core concepts of this paper are introduced,and externality theory,green development theory and customer satisfaction theory are introduced to analyze the pollution control work of livestock and poultry breeding and the satisfaction of farmers.Then analyze Huangchuan County livestock and poultry breeding pollution control status and the satisfaction of farmers to livestock and poultry breeding pollution control work;Finally,the multivariate ordered Logistic model was used to conduct an empirical analysis on the influencing factors of farmers’ satisfaction with pollution control in livestock and poultry breeding.Based on the empirical results and the previous analysis,corresponding policy suggestions were put forward.The comprehensive analysis drew the following conclusions:(1)The overall satisfaction evaluation of farmers on pollution control of livestock and poultry farming is relatively high,and the satisfaction evaluation on three levels of distribution adjustment of breeding,harmless treatment and resource utilization,and participation of pollution control subjects is relatively balanced.(2)Farmers have a high degree of understanding of pollution control work content of livestock and poultry breeding,but a low degree of understanding of supervision,complaint and proposal channels.(3)the factors which affect livestock and poultry breeding pollution treatment satisfaction,pollution control the influence of main body participation is the most significant,followed by harmless treatment and resource utilization level and farming layout adjustment level is significant,the influence of both individual and family characteristics and cognitive situation of farmers also have certain influence to the overall satisfaction.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the publicity of pollution control and unblock the feedback channels of farmers’ supervision opinions.Strengthen the construction of the grass-roots team and establish a regional pollution control and supervision system;Scientific planning of breeding layout,improve the pollution control system of livestock and poultry breeding;We will strengthen technology demonstration and promotion to improve the effectiveness of pollution control from livestock and poultry farming.
