Study On The Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Waste Resource Utilization Of Livestock And Poultry Farmers

The improvement of rural living environment is an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization,and the effective treatment of livestock and poultry waste is the key to improve the living environment.With the rapid development of China’s rural economy,the current livestock and poultry breeding industry has been increasingly large-scale and intensive development,which has not only brought rich livestock and poultry products to China’s urban and rural residents,but also brought many pollution problems.At present,the environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry waste is becoming more and more obvious.The failure of livestock and poultry waste to be disposed of efficiently not only leads to the continuous decline of the quality of rural ecological environment,pollutes the land,water source and atmosphere,affects the normal life of rural residents,but also endangers the health of urban and rural residents.As a direct participant in the treatment of livestock and poultry waste,the behavior of farmers is closely related to environmental protection.This paper establishes a systematic analysis framework of farmers’ endowments and waste recycling behavior of livestock and poultry farmers.By using the sampling survey data of 619 farmers in Jiangxi Province,this paper empirically studies the basic situation that various internal and external factors of farmers’ endowments affect farmers’ resource utilization behavior,and analyzes the significant influencing factors of farmers’ resource utilization behavior of livestock and poultry waste,To find a breakthrough to solve the problem of rural environmental pollution.This study first uses descriptive statistical analysis and cross analysis to explain the basic characteristics of the sample and the basic current situation of livestock and poultry waste resource utilization adopted by farmers,then uses binary logit regression model to conduct empirical research and discuss the influencing factors of farmers’ resource utilization behavior,and finally puts forward targeted suggestions according to the conclusions.The research shows that whether the farmers are party members,the number of livestock and poultry breeding species and whether they will help with their neighbors during busy farming hours have a significant positive impact on the farmers’ adoption of waste recycling behavior,and the farmers’ age has a significant negative impact on the livestock and poultry waste recycling behavior.Therefore,first,we should strengthen the publicity of the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste,improve the publicity methods,and carry out targeted publicity of "local and human";Second,we should encourage party members to play a leading role;Third,we should improve the multi governance and supervision mechanism of the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste;Fourth,it is necessary to popularize the applicable resource utilization technology of livestock and poultry waste;Fifth,we should pay attention to the influence of social network in the process of promoting the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.
