industry,innovative publishing model is the key.In this context,summarizing,researching and discussing the current integrated publishing model of children's books will help to provide reference for children's book publishing companies,reduce the risk of transformation failure,and at the same time improve the competitiveness of my country's children's book publishing and promote children's book publishing.The further development and prosperity of the book publishing industry.Media integration promotes the transformation and upgrading of children's books to integrated publishing,and great changes have taken place in children's book product form,expression and industry chain.On the whole,the development of children's book integrated publishing in China presents three characteristics: the normalization of AR/VR technology and children's book integration,the cross-media integration of content to generate all-media reading products,and the integration of surrounding industries to expand the children's book publishing industry chain.Based on the development status of children's book fusion publishing in my country,this study summarizes the three current children's book fusion publishing models formed in my country from three dimensions: technology integration,content integration,and industry integration.They are "AR/VR +children's books".The integrated publishing model,the "all media + children's book" integrated publishing model and the cross-border integrated publishing model of children's books.Then,through case analysis and book data statistics,three kinds of children's book fusion models are discussed in detail from the general situation of fusion publishing,operation process,model characteristics and advantages.In essence,these three modes are the process of the integration and development of children's book publishing from shallow to deep,from point to point,and jointly build a children's book integrated publishing that uses technological innovation as a means,children's content resources as the foundation,and industrial extension as a way.development system.However,there are some shortcomings in the current integrated publishing model of children's books in my country,such as imperfect copyright protection mechanism,uneven content quality,high development cost and single monetization model,which affect the long-term development of integrated publishing of children's books.Therefore,in view of the problems existing in the integrated publishing model of children's books in my country,this study proposes to strengthen the top-level design from the aspects of copyright protection mechanism,content quality and profitability,improve the external copyright protection mechanism and the enterprise's internal copyright system;focus on content construction and increase effective supply;Some optimization suggestions such as speeding up the training of compound talents,reducing development costs,and extending the value
