The outbreak of a major public health emergency affects the health and life safety of the public in a sudden manner.Under such circumstances, the information of the media spreads more rapidly and the public's emotional state becomes more complicated, the characteristics of emotional expression are very obvious. In the age of the Internet, every major public health emergency has triggered a wide and heated discussion, with emotions both personal and social,at present, social media such as Weibo and wechat have become platforms for the expression of public sentiment, which fluctuates with the presentation of media content.Content in line with public cognitive expectations has a moderating effect on public sentiment, but content that is not in line with public sentiment is prone to negative “Amplification effect.”.Positive Emotions in major public health emergencies can promote the development of events and maintain a harmonious network environment;conversely,if negative emotions dominate, emotions will develop into group polarization in mutual infection, thus causes the social order disorder, endangers the social stability and the harmony. Therefore, emotion is not only a psychological state, but also a power and resource that can influence the society.By studying the influence of the presentation of the media text information in the micro-blog field on the public emotion,to be able to direct public sentiment in a positive way at the media level.Taking this as the starting point, taking the official Sina micro-blog of the people's daily as the research platform, and taking the influence of the text information presentation of the media on the public sentiment of the major public health emergencies as the research object, this study selects the period from 2011 to 2020,three major public health emergencies in a decade: human cases of H7N9 avian influenza, dengue fever, and COVID-19 epidemic, based on Paul's risk perception model at the media text presentation level, using Content analysis to analyze media text,to examine the media text transmission of Fear: whether the epidemic is controllable, whether it is frightening, whether it is widespread, whether it is fatal, whether it is high or low, whether it is persistent, whether it is cumulative risk, seven factors, unknowns:whether the epidemic is observable, whether it is known to those at risk, whether the impact is rapid, whether it is a new risk, and whether the science is known. In addition, the media text is divided into 12 reporting themes, corresponding to the fear dimension and the unknown dimension respectively,so as to explore the text presentation, characteristics and changes of @ People's daily on such events. On the level of public emotion analysis, the paper classifies public emotion into eight categories: admiration, anger, fear, sadness, surprise, ridicule, disgust and no obvious emotion, and uses artificial semantic analysis to classify public emotion,to explore the general characteristics and the diachronic changes of public sentiment in a major public health emergency, and to verify the impact of @ People's daily text on public sentiment through correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper discusses how to optimize the text structure and information presentation of the media on this type of event, and then puts forward some strategies to channel the negative emotion of the public and amplify the positive emotion. The study found that media text as external stimulus and media environment as hidden scene can affect the generation, diachronic change and external catharsis of public emotion. From a horizontal perspective, the general characteristics of public emotions in major public health emergencies still show that a large number of negative emotions dominate, and from a vertical perspective, public positive emotions gradually rise to the top,the sarcasm and disgust of rejection become louder and louder. In addition, through empirical analysis,it was found that “Epidemic situation is widespread”,“Quick impact” sensory signals had positive effects on anger,“Epidemic situation can be observed” and “Scientifically known” sensory signals had positive effects on fear,at the same time,“Epidemic situation can be observed” had a positive effect on surprise, and “Epidemic fatal” had a positive effect on irony, the perception signal of “Epidemic situation has risk accumulation” has a positive effect on aversion.According to the research findings,it is proposed to promote the media's “Emotional intervention” to set up positive emotions, enhance the public's “Self-efficacy” to weaken negative emotions, and construct rational emotions through knowledge dissemination, creating “Our emotional memory” to dispel the feelings of exclusion four strategies to channel the public emotions from the text structure and information presentation of media.
