WeChat has developed into a near-monopoly social communication software With the development and upgrading of the mobile Internet.Its convenience and ease of operation make it a must-have application in the daily lives of today's mobile Internet users.Since it satisfies the needs of today's mobile phone users for mobile instant messaging and social communication,it has maintained rapid growth after its launch.Today,WeChat has not only become the most popular chat app in China,but also some of the new functions it has developed.Loved by users.The essence of WeChat is the communication and exchange of information.This essence is particularly evident within the WeChat group.The information exchange and interaction within the WeChat group can not only reflect the differences in the user's usage habits and interests,but also because of the user's occupation,Different educational backgrounds and hobbies produce different participation behaviors.At the same time,there is also the existence of rules in the WeChat group and the penetration of user capital.Therefore,the research on the influencing factors of WeChat group users' participation in interaction is of academic value.After reviewing and sorting out a large amount of literature,this article found that very few studies have focused on the use of WeChat groups and research on information acquisition.This research will start from the three perspectives of WeChat group use motivation,network interpersonal trust,and social capital investment,and use quantitative methods to conduct in-depth exploration of the use of WeChat groups and information acquisition behavior.Through questionnaire research and data analysis,we know that use motivation,online interpersonal trust,reciprocity and recognition in social capital all have a significant positive impact on the participation behavior of WeChat group users,of which social capital has the most significant impact,followed by use motivation,Internet interpersonal trust has the weakest influence.Finally,this article summarizes the influencing factors of the use of WeChat groups and information acquisition behavior,and provides suggestions for users on the use of WeChat groups to help users better improve their interpersonal skills and guard against excessive entertainment of information;At the same time,it sorts out the problems in the research and makes a prospect for the follow-up work.
