Design And Implementation Of Flat Management System Of A Mobile Company

Chinese communication operators have a huge customer base,but they did not come to the fore in the Internet era.Instead,they have gradually become a single communication channel provider.The reason for this result is that the traditional "pyramid" management mode does not adapt to the Internet era.In order to try to break the situation,a branch of a communication operator boldly tried to adopt a flat management mode,which is a bold attempt for traditional operators to move forward to the Internet era.The change of management mode will affect the original personnel responsibilities and workflow,and the original practical management system is no longer suitable.The flat management system of this subject is to solve these problems.The designed and implemented system will be put into practical production to help the company smoothly transition to flat management.In this paper,combined with the management needs of the company's transformation breakthrough,starting from the current state-owned enterprise management status and management needs,through the research of domestic and foreign enterprise management system,the shortcomings of the existing system are analyzed.According to the actual needs of the company,we should grasp the system functional and non-functional requirements under the flat management.According to the functional and non-functional requirements of flat management system,the overall design of the system is carried out,including system design objectives and principles,technology selection and architecture,database and functional modules.Based on the overall design of the flat system,the core functions are designed and implemented in detail.In the process of design and implementation,it focuses on the detailed design and implementation of index management,execution supervision,market management,channel management,business analysis and daily support functions in the enterprise information management system,and completes the process design,implementation,important codes and achievement screenshots of each functional module.The system has been put into production for more than half a year.In terms of function coverage,the flat system has 95% of the functions of the old system,and additionally integrates the functions of data report and operation early warning system,so that at least 2 systems need to be logged in for the same work task;According to the statistics of task flow time,the average time consumption of the flat system is about 3days shorter than that of the old system;Compared with the market operation indicators in half a year,the completion rate of the new system increased by more than 10%.
