| Office automation system, referred to as OA, is a automation software applied to the information processing in today’s society, because of its advanced technology, can help people to complete the daily office information processing and maintenance functions, time being saved, the work efficiency and quality being improved.Through the use of Struts2+Spring+Hibernate+Jbpm3.2 framework, the effective separation of view layer and model layer is achieved, so that the coupling of the system is greatly reduced, the future maintenance of the system can be more convenient and quick. Database is operated by using Hibernate, data access function can quickly and effectively be achieved. Mysql is used as the system database, the data information can be stored effectively.From the use of various types users of the yunnan provincial commission for discipline inspection, the interface of simple and practical features is designed, a total 10 functional modules is designed including user login, collaborative work, form application, document management, email, document management, daily / planning / meeting, public information maintenance, personal setting maintenance and common tools maintain, the office automation functional requirements of punnan provincial commission for discipline inspection are completed.In this paper, the background and research significance of the system is firstly introduced. Then, the functional requirements and non functional requirements of the system are introduced in detail.Through the introduction of the system’s technical structure, physical structure and function structure, the system design and database design are laid on the foundation. Finally, the function of the system is demonstrated, and the part function of the system is tested. After testing the system is proved to be stable and easy to use. At last, the system shortcomings in the design are listed and the way to improve it is put forward. |
