Research On The Well Underground Work Information Management System

At present, the information management by computer processing of underground well work is in the state of fragment in No.2 oil production plant of Daqing oilfield, the existing software has not adapted to the needs of information construction and production management. There exist some shortages such as, the basic information of well underground work has not been collected and stored perfectly, many business management and statistics work is still processed on paper and depended on person, the overall management and application of well underground work information was still blank, and we do not make full use of computer technology and network technology advantages, compared with other professions, the construction of well underground work information drops behind.Aim at to solve these problems; Underground Work Information Management System (UWIMS) was developed based on workflow technology in this paper. UWIMS is a information management platform for the well underground work and production management, it implements the standard operations for the whole process of well underground work, then we can process underground data without paper. Data stored model design, adaptive business process changes, and the smallest element in underground work business and designed co-operative support business discussed in detail in this paper. Then the goal of management of production and operation, mine operation, construction, inspection, verification publication and querying function were achieved. In addition, a common workflow management system structure which is useful when you want to apply workflow technology to oil plant application. was given out. On its hierarchical structure three layer stuss is used with the natures of excellent trans-platform and systematical toughness;On the workflow model,it is proposed to adopt oragnization model,data model and active model which can effectively adapt to the oil plant smallest business unit change.On the flow designing,a dynamic work flow constructing method based on web is proposed.And it is discussed about how various functions modules of the system cooperate in detail. For the system is in close connection with the oil well underground work and data in business process, that it is a decision-making with and accurate, timely, comprehensive, effective information platform.
