Topic Development Analysis System Based On Citation Network

Academic literature is an important knowledge carrier for scientific researchers to clarify the direction or ideas of scientific research,transfer the information of academic value,and understand the dynamic and development law of research topics.With the advent of the era of academic Big Data and the explosive growth of digital information resources,it is difficult for entry-level scholars to obtain and identify the literature resources related to their research topics when searching information,and they are unable to have a preliminary understanding of the current situation and development trend of their research topics.Therefore,this paper design and complete analysis system based on citation network,which helps beginners to obtain the key literature within the topic in a visual way,complete the systematic reading needs,and complete the topic development analysis based on time series citation network.The system includes five functional modules.The data management module mainly completes data acquisition,data cleaning,data format conversion,data distributed storage and query efficiency optimization;Relationship analysis module has the functions of document management,constructing citation network,and community clustering based on GCN;The topic metrological analysis module mainly probes forward the cited relationship according to the classification of clustering topics,complements the network,and then conducts literature ranking and network analysis on the complete citation network;The topic multidimensional analysis module completes the multidimensional hierarchical analysis and multidimensional overall analysis of the literature data by defining the indicators of the literature data and constructing the data cube;The topic development analysis module mainly completes the time sequence division of the citation network,the research topic heat,and the data modeling and analysis of the frontier indicators.According to the above functional requirements,this paper uses Java language,HDFS storage technology,kylin analysis engine and SSM framework to build a topic development analysis,and uses Echarts to visualize the analysis results.This paper selects academic literature to verify the reliability of the results,can help beginners dig reference literature resources in literature data,multidimensional analysis and development analysis can reflect the status and development of the field to a certain extent.
