In the fast-developing information age,digital technology has made huge leaps and is changing the healthcare systems around the world.As part of the medical system,the medical data of patients is recorded in the electronic medical record(EMR).With the continuous development of cloud storage technology,EMR has been developed and improved.The medical data in EMR helps to improve the medical quality and service quality of medical institutions.Since the medical data contains private information of the patient,it is vital to ensure the security and confidentiality of the medical data in the cloud server.In addition,EMR is stored in individual hospitals,which brings problems with the sharing of medical data.Blockchain technology has the advantages of decentralization and distributed storage,and is suitable for sharing EMR among different institutions to resolve the information island problem.Therefore,the use of cloud storage and blockchain technology can achieve safe storage and sharing of EMR.The main researches in this paper are as follows:(1)An EMR data sharing and encryption scheme based on proxy re-encryption is proposed.The scheme uses searchable encryption to search EMR,and use proxy re-encryption to share EMR to data users.Under the random oracle model,it is proved that the scheme has keyword privacy and ciphertext privacy security.Performance analysis shows that the scheme has advantages in computational efficiency.(2)An EMR data sharing and encryption scheme that supports multi-keyword search is proposed.The scheme combines searchable encryption and proxy re-encryption to realize multi-keyword search and secure sharing of encrypted EMR.Under the random oracle model,it is proved that the scheme has keyword privacy and ciphertext privacy security.Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis show that the scheme has advantage in multi-keyword search.(3)To share EMR of the patients among different medical institutions,an EMR data sharing and encryption scheme based on consortium blockchain is proposed.The scheme uses blockchain and cloud storage to store different data separately,ensuring the security of EMR,and uses proxy re-encryption to realize the sharing of EMR with data users.At the same time,when the data user needs to obtain the patient's identity,he/she can send a request to the hospital.It is proved that the scheme has ciphertext security and keyword security under the random oracle model,and the performance analysis shows that the scheme can achieve the designed security goal.
