In the traditional electronic medical record system,the patient's electronic medical record is centrally stored by the hospital.Such centralized storage will bring some problems about information security,information sharing and privacy protection.In recent years,blockchain technology has the characteristics of safety,high reliability,centralization,good privacy and so on.It has been applied in the fields of electronic money,digital asset protection,and the Internet of things.The purpose of this system is to apply the blockchain technology to the medical electronic medical record system.In this way,we hope to solve the problems of poor security,difficult sharing and poor privacy protection in the traditional medical electronic medical record system.Based on block chain technology,the system implements and tests the chain code used in the block chain network,the client which can interact with the block chain network,the independent front pages and the corresponding business logic.In order to solve the problems of the traditional medical electronic medical record system,the system has added the business logic about authority management,encryption management,private key transaction management and user wallet management on the basis of its original medical record management.The implementation principle of the client is based on the transaction request in the block chain network internal processing flow.User's private key encryption,client dynamic password,and mark bits of related structure objects in chain code constitute a system of authority management.The private key management process also relies on the authentication of chain codes in block chains.AES+RSA mixed encryption ensures the privacy of the user.Server clients are developed by using the Spring Boot+Spring MVC+My Batis mode in addition to the interaction part of the block chain network,and the independent web pages' part is developed by using Vue.js.The blockchain network of the system is developed on the basis of Hyperledger Faric framework.In terms of system testing,the unit tests,functional tests and test cases are given in this paper.This system is an attempt to combine block chain technology with medical electronic medical record system and explores the feasibility of the application of block chain technology in this field,we hoping to provide new ideas to solve the problems of poor security,difficult sharing and poor privacy protection in the traditional medical electronic medical record system.
