Visual Analysis Of The Research Situation Of Archives Informatization In My Country Based On Knowledge Graph

Under the background of the rapid development of management led by science and technology,archives in China are further combined with information technology,and continue to reform and move toward modernization.However,at present domestic mostly in the field of archives information research with theoretical analysis is given priority to,and use the data analysis on the research of manner is relatively small,so this article from two aspects of external and internal archives information literature,data analysis point of view to explore the development status and trend of the research field,in order to provide a new development direction in the field of archives information research in China and train of thought.First of all,this paper sorts out the current situation of the development of archives informatization in China and abroad and the application of knowledge graph through the literature research method,which provides a solid theoretical foundation for the smooth conduct of the follow-up research in this paper.The paper also elaborates the data collection and collation,as well as the use of relevant data analysis tools.Secondly,with the help of bibliometrics,this paper combs and analyzes the research field of archival informatization from the external characteristics of literature,mainly including five aspects: the amount of literature published,core journals,high-impact publishing institutions,core authors and core scientific research teams.Finally,through the method of co-word analysis from the content characteristics of the literature completed the construction of high frequency word list,co-word matrix,factor analysis,cluster analysis and other studies,and then obtained the focus of China's archival informatization research hot areas.Based on the above data analysis process,from the external literature research,it is concluded that China's archives informatization is still in the development stage on the whole.This research field has produced a number of important experts and scholars,with a certain number of talent teams,and the research and publication institutions are mainly concentrated in the management schools of universities and archives bureaus of many provinces.From the study of the document content,it is concluded that the research on the construction of archives information,the research on digitization and networking,the research on the management of personnel archives,the research on the management and construction of colleges and universities,the research on the information resources of archives,and the research on the management of archives information are the focus areas of the research on archives information in China.
