Research On The Development Stategy Of Archives Informatization In Enterprise Based On Knowledge Management

The archive records the development achievements and valuable experience accumulated by the enterprise in the production and marketing activities.It provides important information support in the development of enterprise.The management of enterprise archives has received more and more attention.With the informatization of enterprises,the complexity of archives management also increases significantly,which brings great challenges to the mining,retrieval and utilization of the information in archives.New techniques and methods are urgently required for the management of modern enterprise archives.It is also a key issue to be delt with that how to establish a effective service and utilization framework for enterprise archives.These problems bring great challenges to the future enterprise archives management activities.A representative large-scale enterprises(D company),which focuses on industrial production and public service,is selected as the study case.On this basis,this dissertation conducted a reseach on the aforementioned key issues with the adoption of knowledge management theory.Firstly,the connotation,characteristics and basic principles of enterprise archive management are analyzed with consideration of the influence of informatization development trend.The challenges in the informatization of enterprise archives management are explained.After that,the practical value and technical difficulties of knowledge management theory and method in enterprise archives management are elaborated.The development route of knowledge management of archives in D company is proposed.The informatized archives management framework is established for the application of knowledge management in D company.A knowledge base with multiple functhions is constructed for D company,in order to realize effective management,deep mining,widely sharing and innovation of enterprise archives.Through the case study in this dissertation,a new informatized management,knowledge mining and application system of enterprise archives is established.Taking D company as an example,the idea and methods introduced in this dissertation also provide references for other large-scale enterprises.It is of great value in promoting the informatization level of enterprise archives and improving the exploitation and utilization of the knowledgee in nterprise archives.It has great significance and practical value to break the internal information islands,optimize the information services for both the inner employees and the public,and improve the informatization level of the production and commercial activities of the enterprise.
