Investigation On The Current Situation And Development Path Of Mobile Library Information Services In Guizhou Universities

In recent years,China has vigorously advocated the development of mobile libraries,and the mobile libraries of colleges and universities in China are the most important,but the development of mobile libraries in guizhou province is slow.Therefore,this paper explores the problems in the development of mobile library in Guizhou Province,and puts forward the relevant development strategy path,in order to provide a new development direction and ideas for the mobile library information service in Guizhou University.First of all,this paper through the literature research method to understand the current development of mobile library information services at home and abroad and user satisfaction,which provides a solid theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,through the network investigation method to grasp all 75 colleges and universities in Guizhou Province mobile library information services to open a first-hand information.Again,through the questionnaire method,the users of the mobile library universities in Guizhou were investigated.The design of the questionnaire is carried out for the user cognition,information resource satisfaction,visual design satisfaction and user experience satisfaction of guizhou university mobile library,and the questionnaire is distributed to understand the user satisfaction.Finally,five representative colleges and universities in Guizhou Province were selected to interview the leaders and staff responsible for information services in the university library,the main content of which is the basic situation of the information service of the library,as well as the problems in the process of development,and the strategy and direction of future development.Based on the above research,the corresponding strategies are put forward for the development of mobile libraries in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province.The research found that the mobile library information service in Guizhou Province has low opening rate,insufficient attention,single service content base,insufficient personalized service,limited number of data resources,lack of information resources,insufficient publicity,lack of innovation,insufficient funds,technical barriers difficult to break through and so on.Through the analysis of the problem,this paper also puts forward the corresponding development strategy and path: to increase the degree of attention,improve the opening rate,service content diversification,carry out personalized services,increase the number of data resources,enrich the types of information resources,strengthen publicity efforts,expand publicity channels,increase financial and technical support to achieve inter-school cooperation,matching user needs.
