With the continuous development of modern communication technology and Internet technology,people's demand for knowledge exchange has promoted the rapid development of academic virtual communities.Researchers' research on academic virtual communities first originated from Invisible Colleges,and later Open Communities and Academic Network Communities appeared.These are the embryonic forms of academic virtual communities.After 2000,there have been academic virtual communities represented by Research Gate,Mendeley,etc.The combination of the professionalism of academic exchanges and the openness of the Internet has brought closer contacts between scholars in various fields and promoted knowledge sharing and innovation.At present,the academic virtual community has become an important platform for scholars to exchange knowledge.It is well-loved for its immediacy,interactivity and versatility.Research on the knowledge exchange mechanism of academic virtual communities(hereinafter referred to as the mechanism)will help improve the effectiveness of community knowledge exchange.Based on the three levels of subject-object-environment,this paper analyzes the mechanism,clarifies the factors that affect the effect of knowledge exchange,uses the system dynamics method to establish a dynamic model,uses the actual data of XIAOMUCHONG to carry out simulation experiments,and studies the main factors on the operation of the mechanism.The degree of influence and dynamic changes,to grasp the rules of system operation,in order to provide reference suggestions for the management of academic virtual communities.The main research content of this article:First,analyze the operating mechanism of the academic virtual community knowledge exchange system.On the basis of the meaning and constituent elements of the knowledge exchange system of the academic virtual community,the connotation of its operating mechanism is discussed,and the knowledge exchange process is the main line,the factors affecting the operation are analyzed in depth,and the operating rules and mechanism of the knowledge exchange system of the academic virtual community are obtained.Secondly,construct the system dynamics model of the knowledge exchange mechanism of the academic virtual community.Analyze the applicability of the system dynamics model in this article,define the model goals and boundaries,put forward model assumptions;analyze the causality of each subsystem,determine the system causal model and the main feedback loop;explain and define the different types of variables in the model,and clarify each Based on the logical relationship between variables,draw the system flow diagram of the knowledge exchange mechanism of the academic virtual community based on the variable set and the system causality model,and establish the overall system dynamics model.Finally,a simulation experiment is carried out on the system dynamics model of the knowledge exchange mechanism of the academic virtual community.Taking XIAOMUCHONG as an example to conduct empirical research,analysis and simulation results found that the total amount of knowledge exchange showed a linear increase trend,and slowly increased in the later period.The number of community members increased firstly and then slowly.The motivation of community members to post posts generally showed an S-shaped growth,and the community communication environment changed.It is relatively stable,showing a steady growth state but not much change.Sensitivity analysis of key variables shows that an increase in the number of users will affect the total amount of community knowledge exchange,but the impact is small;informational motivation has a more obvious impact on the motivation of community members to post,which in turn promotes an increase in the total amount of community knowledge exchange;The improvement of the community atmosphere to the community communication environment is conducive to the increase of the total amount of community knowledge exchange;the quality of knowledge has a significant impact on the total amount of community knowledge exchange;accordingly,practical suggestions are put forward in order to provide the same type of academic virtual community knowledge exchange Provide suggestions for the improvement of effectiveness.
