In the information age,with the help of Internet technologies,information processing technologies,and multimedia display technologies,knowledge exchange is rapidly developing from the traditional short-distance,simultaneous-to-wide-space,and time-delayed asynchronous directions.People can spread and acquire knowledge more widely and freely.A higher degree,a great increase in communication efficiency.Among the many knowledge exchange platforms,the virtual academic community is the most widely distributed and receives the most people.It is also one of the most accepted forms.However,in the development process,the virtual academic community is also faced with problems such as a single mode of knowledge exchange,low communication efficiency,and low knowledge accuracy.Based on this,it is necessary to conduct research on the knowledge exchange model and effect evaluation of virtual academic communities.In this paper,taking Xiaomuchong Web site virtual learning community as an example,the comprehensive use of literature,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative research methods,on the basis of in-depth study of virtual academic community related theories,analysis of academic virtual community users knowledge exchange model,and Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the exchange effect,the following conclusions are obtained:First,in the knowledge exchange model of the virtual academic community,the exchange participants include two parts: the main body of communication and the exchange object;the exchange features include the free atmosphere,long time span,extensive cross-domain communication,and clear communication between small groups;the exchange channels include content classification,Topic navigation and personalized recommendation,etc.;communication mode mainly includes three modes: individual to group conversion,individual to individual conversion,and experts to ordinary users.Exchange subjects,exchange objects,and communication channels all influence the effectiveness of communication in varying degrees.Second,the virtual academic community user knowledge exchange effect evaluation system construction,the use of the analytic hierarchy process,the establishment of a hierarchical structure model,through the comparison of two judgment matrix,calculate the weight vector and the maximum eigenvalues,to find the criterion matrix group under the criteria of many people Weight vector.Based on the principles of objectivity,science,comparability,completeness,and feasibility,an evaluation index system that includes four first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators was established,and the weights of the indicators were determined.Thirdly,an empirical analysis of the evaluation of user knowledge exchange in the virtual academic community uses the Xiaomuchong website as an example to conduct a comprehensive evaluation through the evaluation system of the previous component and the specific data obtained from the questionnaire survey.The results show that the Xiaomuchong website has performed in terms of skills and environment.It is better,but there is room for improvement in terms of willingness and achievement.The overall performance is "better",but there is still much room for improvement.
