Since the 21 st century, with the rapid development of network technology, more and more people are affected by the Internet. As the number of Chinese netizens grows year by year, the Internet has gradually become an important part of people's lives. It has not only brought about major changes in people's lives, learning, and work methods, but also provided new ways and means for people to exchange information and knowledge. With the development of IT technology, virtual communities have gradually become an important part of people's Internet life.Blogs, forums, social networks, etc.are all popular virtual communities that Chinese Internet users are concerned about. As more and more people become a new generation of netizens, the academic virtual community has begun to enter the field of view of scientific researchers and become an important platform for carrying out scientific research work.It has also been increasingly valued by more and more researchers.Academic virtual communities are an important form of informal academic exchanges.Compared with formal academic exchanges, knowledge exchange among academic virtual communities has irreplaceable advantages.First of all,the knowledge sharing period of academic virtual communities is short and the timeliness is strong.Users can directly communicate and communicate with each other in the community and accelerate the flow of knowledge.Second, users can maximize the freedom of users by performing knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities. The users in the community are equal and open. They can freely express their views and express their ideas. With the continuous advancement of science and technology, its development has also been increasingly perfected, and many well-known communities have emerged at home and abroad, such as domestic wooden worms, science networks,National People's Congress Economic Forum,Lilac Park, etc.,Researchgate abroad,Machine Learning,Mendeley Wait. However, its existing problems have become increasingly prominent, such as information quality problems in knowledge exchange, mutual trust among members, and management problems of community platforms, how to solve problems in academic virtual communities, and improve the efficiency of knowledge exchange. This study focuses on the focus. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the academic virtual community by discovering the factors that affect the knowledge exchange behavior of the academic virtual community, and then improve the efficiency of academic virtual community knowledge exchange. This paper is based on the theory of joint technology acceptance and use system theory, and introduces theory such as perceptual pleasure theory, perceived risk theory, and technology acceptance theory to determine motivation, usefulness, motivation, perceived risk, ease of use, pleasure, social Nine variables of influence, trust, and satisfaction are used as research variables in this paper to form a model of the influencing factors of knowledge exchange behavior in academic virtual communities. The research hypothesis of this paper is proposed. Then the questionnaire is designed, and the questionnaire is used to confirm and validate the questionnaire.validity test order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire.Then,206 pieces of questionnaires were collected through a questionnaire survey, and 200 valid questionnaires were used.Smart-PLS was used to test the model for goodness of fit to ensure the model's suitability for the sample. After that,Smart-PLS was used to detect the path coefficient of the model, and the model was corrected based on the detection results. The research results show that the main factors influencing knowledge exchange in academic virtual communities are user satisfaction and motivation factors, and the secondary factors are usefulness, trust, and pleasure. The related factors are motivation, social influence, and ease of use.Satisfaction, motivational factors, usefulness, trust, and euphoria raise suggestions for improving user satisfaction, improving user incentives, increasing user usefulness, enhancing user trust, and improving user enjoyment.
