In recent months,new coronaviruses have spread worldwide,and the cumulative number of diagnoses in some countries,including China,has ushered in an explosive growth.All countries have taken corresponding measures to suppress the spread of the virus.For example,some provinces and cities in China published the itinerary history of patients with new coronary pneumonia on their health committee website,hoping that citizens who have recently visited these places should be vigilant,such as timely isolation and medical treatment if they are unwell.Since the information published only contains information of the respective provinces and cities,and many patients with new coronary pneumonia have a history of traveling in the field,this part of the information is difficult to provide to other cities in a timely manner.This paper designed a platform based on blockchain for urban epidemic hot zone platform.Using the unique characteristics of decentralization and detrust in the information storage and exchange technology of the blockchain,the original information blocking problem is solved.Different from the traditional cryptocurrency scenarios served by the blockchain system,the urban epidemic hot zone platform has many new requirements for the system.This paper has carried out these new requirements.Discuss and research,put forward reasonable improvement measures to ensure that the urban epidemic hot zone platform can meet the information storage and exchange needs under the global epidemic situation.The main work of this article is as follows:a)The alliance blockchain architecture is applied to the design of urban epidemic hot zone platforms,which solves the problem of information barriers in the design of centralized systems.b)Raft,a distributed consensus algorithm,was introduced into the consensus mechanism of the alliance blockchain and improved to meet the needs of urban epidemic hot zone platforms,and improved the efficiency of nodes compared to other algorithms.c)Based on the use of Raft consensus algorithm,a block-based space recycling scheme suitable for the platform is designed,and specific implementation and verification are given d)Use the DBSCAN algorithm to cluster epidemic hot spots,summarize the epidemic hot spots,and correct the urban epidemic prevention and control index by calculating the density and proportion of hot spots.
