Research On The Communication Mode Of Health TV Programs In The Context Of The New Crown Epidemic

In late 2019 and early 2020,a pneumonia outbreak caused by a novel coronavirus broke out in Wuhan,Hubei Province,China.The new coronavirus outbreak,as a public health emergency,has pushed the health issue of national concern to a new level.The health issue is a matter of life safety and personal interests of every citizen,and it also affects the progress and development of the whole country.As one of the main channels for the public to obtain health information,TV media actively takes the responsibility of disseminating health information,on the one hand,disseminating health information to the public,and on the other hand,playing a key role in the cultivation of national health literacy.This paper firstly analyzes the evolution of most health programs in China under the new pneumonia epidemic from a longitudinal perspective,and explains the overview of health programs,the common features of health programs under normalization,and the transformation of health programs under the new pneumonia epidemic from one layer to another;on this basis,from a macro level,the "Knowing,Believing,Acting On the basis of this,we study the health communication mode of"Health Hall" under normalization with the theory of "Knowledge,Faith and Action"model,and conclude that "Health Hall" under normalization focuses on the superficial presentation of health knowledge at the cognitive level;emphasizes the deep communication and strengthening of concepts at the belief level;and focuses on the behavior change under the "human-oriented concept" at the behavior level.In the behavioral level,the program focuses on behavior change under the "people-oriented concept".Finally,using the health communication mode of "Yang Sheng Tang" under non-emergency public health events as a comparison,we further analyze and present the specific health communication mode of "Yang Sheng Tang Epidemic Prevention and Control Special Program" under the new epidemic by using the theory of health communication system mode,and conclude that the health communication mode of"Yang Sheng Tang" under emergency public health events continues to be the same as that of "Yang Sheng Tang" under regular public health events.The health communication mode of "Health Hall" in public health emergencies is a continuation of the normal mode,but on the basis of this mode,it has been innovated: the program production innovation which is oriented to the needs of the audience;the program communication concept innovation which highlights the social perspective of the epidemic;the program form innovation which has the unity of the program timeliness,continuity and live feeling.This paper is based on the health communication mode presented by health programs under public health emergencies as a supplement to the existing research,and takes the representative health and wellness program-"Health Hall" as an example to conduct a case study to explore the reshaping of the communication mode of health TV programs under public health emergencies,so as to provide a basis for the future production and broadcasting of health programs under public health emergencies.The case study explores the reshaping of the communication mode of health TV programs under public health emergencies,and provides some reference values for the production and broadcasting of health programs under public health emergencies.
