As the main tool for the public to acquire scientific knowledge,the mass media shoulders a major responsibility for improving the literacy of social sciences.Under public emergencies,effective information is not sufficient and timely,and many will greatly revel in the government's emergency organization capacity for the epidemic.In a certain period of time,it caused the spread of group sex.It may be a country prone to emergencies,and the upcoming economic and social transition period will happen for a long time.The peculiarities and challenges of various emergencies.The dissemination of scientific information and the multi-faceted focus on interaction,the unbalanced voice of supply and demand,the publicity incidents,the dissemination of scientific information by the people suddenly and strangely,the eyes of the public are in full view.And social issues and group science and group issues.Lack of popular science information resources,lack of exploration spirit,and subordination of psychology,etc.the way to understand modern science and communication technology.The content of this article is based on the research results of predecessors on science communication.Through literature reading,it sorts out the international and domestic science communication theories and their development stages,and sorts out the various elements of science communication and the characteristics of short videos.Video is the main research carrier.Case analysis is used to analyze the typical scientific communication content during the COVID-19 period.From the content structure and content production strategy,the phenomenon-level communication works in short video platforms such as Station B and Douyin are analyzed.In Chapter 4,combine the analysis of Chapter 3 to find out the problems that occurred in the process of science communication,such as: low utilization rate of professional science popularization videos,fragmentation of popular science content,tendency to entertain the form of expression,further expansion of the digital divide,etc.,Chapter 5 is based on the analysis of phenomena l scientific communication works on short video platforms,combined with the development trend of new media,this article combines industry-university-research,perfecting a comprehensive science popularization system,building a scientific literacy evaluation system,and balancing the digital divide.Propose improvement paths and new thinking.
