Under the background of the new round of comprehensive reform of the general college entrance examination,the general high school academic level examination has been endowed with a new era value.It fully combines students' professional interests and strengths,and is a powerful tool to vigorously improve students' comprehensive quality.The Ministry of Education formulates relevant curriculum standards and examination-related requirements for this reform,and provincial education administrative departments are responsible for implementation.Due to the differences in the new curriculum reform and the new college entrance examination system in each province,the implementation of the general high school academic level examination policy is slightly different.As the third batch of pilot provinces and cities in the national comprehensive reform of the general college entrance examination,Chongqing has issued the Chongqing General High School Academic Level Examination Policy,and has carried out reforms and innovations in the subjects,content and evaluation system of the examination.Under the powerful effect of the new policy,the normal high school academic level examination has undergone significant changes in function and form compared with the previous examination system.The academic test results have a crucial reference value for high school graduation and college entrance examination enrollment.However,in the implementation of the general high school academic level examination policy,there are still deficiencies in the content of the policy,the subject of policy implementation,the target group,and the support of the policy environment,which sometimes leads to the failure to achieve the purpose of the policy.Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,it is very necessary to explore the implementation of the general high school academic level examination policy.Based on this,this research takes Chongqing education administrative department,students,teachers and school administrators of ordinary high schools as the research objects,combined with the results of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview focus,based on the policy text,executive body,The four elements of target group and policy environment are used to find out the problems existing in the implementation of the academic examination policy of ordinary high schools in Chongqing,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems,and put forward corresponding optimization paths,so as to provide suggestions for the effective implementation of the academic examination policy of ordinary high schools in my country.Certain theoretical references.
