Objective: the purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Zheng’s Erhuang Xinshang pain ointment on swelling and pain after arthroscopic repair of ankle talofibular ligament rupture, and to provide clinical data for the use of Zheng’s Erhuang Xinshang pain ointment.Provide a theoretical basis for the promotion of "Zheng’s Orthopaedics and Traumatology";at the same time, provide a new solution of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of swelling and pain after arthroscopy.methods: 63 inpatients who underwent ankle arthroscopy, ankle cleaning and ankle stabilization(repair of anterior talofibular ligament)in the second Department of foot and ankle of Sichuan Orthopaedic Hospital from August 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group(n = 32)and control group(n = 31).After ankle arthroscopy, the control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with routine treatment and Zheng’s Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong ointment for 2 weeks.the difference of ankle swelling,VAS score, ankle swelling score,VAS score and ankle range of motion were measured and recorded on the 3rd day after operation.results: 1.There were 60 patients in the control group,29 patients in the control group and 31 patients in the observation group.2.Ankle arthroscopic surgery can aggravate the early ankle swelling after operation.Zheng’s Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong ointment can effectively relieve the ankle swelling after ankle arthroscopy, and it begins to take effect 1 week after operation.3.Zheng’s Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong ointment is beneficial to the recovery of ankle range of motion as soon as possible.4.Zheng’s Erhuang Xinshang analgesic ointment has no obvious effect on pain relief after ankle arthroscopy, which needs further study.conclusion: the external application of Zheng’s Erhuang Xinshang Zhitong ointment combined with routine treatment can improve the clinical effect after ankle arthroscopy, effectively relieve the swelling after ankle arthroscopy, and is beneficial to the recovery of ankle range of motion as soon as possible, but the effect on postoperative pain is not significant, which needs further study. |
